Gentlemen:

With reference with the above mentioned shipment, may we request

from your good office to please allow us to take delivery of our loaded container from
Pier Zone to our designated compound.

We hold and bind ourselves to return the empty container within

72 hours after removal or delivery from Pier Zone to our designated compound. Should
we fail to return the empty container within
72 hours, we further agree and obligate ourselves to pay equipment detention charges
to be assessed in accordance with the consisting
rules and regulations.

We hold ourselves liable for any loss or damages while the said
container is in our custody.

our request.
