PS6plus-D DIGICONE® preciflex™ precision assembly winder

As in spinning the quality of the end product

is determined by the previous operations,
so in twisting, assembling is the crucial
quality factor. SSM PS6plus-D assembly
winders guarantee the twisted yarn quality
by the extremely gentle thread laying with
counter-rotating blades. Reproducible
thread lengths and thread tensions are
quality criteria met by SSM’s PS6plus-D
assembly winders.

SSM PS6plus-D assembly winders are nor-

mally specified with closed precision wind-
ing for highest winding densities. Moreover
a step gear for regulating the thread spacing
makes it possible to attain maximum den-
sity regardless of the yarn count.
