ABSTRACT

This research is conducted to make hostile and a critical review the

effectiveness of the program Supplementary Feeding Programme (SFP) in Sekolah

Kebangsaan Kerteh located in Kemaman. Among the major problems of management

and implementation of this supplement is the presence of the students involved with

the program is very disappointing. Moreover, the workload of administrators and

teachers also often associated also increased. In fact, the responsible party cannot

afford to provide labour assigned solely to monitor the program response.
