Private Housing Advisory Service for
Barnet and Chase Farm Hospital Staff

Barnet and Chase Farm Hospitals (BCF) are located close


to local vibrant private rental markets within the boroughs
of Barnet and Enfield respectively. The local areas are well
serviced by schools, public amenities and good
transportation links. Available accommodation types
range from rooms within existing households to studio/flats
to larger houses. Rents average from £600pcm for a single
room in an existing household and from £800/900pcm for
studios/flats. Costs of up to £100pcm should be factored in
for other bills such as utilities and council tax. Accommodation Services provides a Private Housing
Advisory Service to support BCF staff in navigating the
local private rental markets. Finding a place to live
can often be a stressful activity and our service can
guide you from the initial search through to the signing
of the tenancy agreement for your new home. We

market or any other related query to maximise your
