Newlon Housing Group currently has 3 different sites available to let
(subject to availability) for those working in a permanent post at the Royal
Free Hospital or one of its approved related organisations.
Anne Bryans House (Located on the Royal Free site)
Anne Bryans House has re-opened in April 2011 after a complete
refurbishment. Anne Bryans House consists of 47 flats over 13 floors with 2
lifts. Each flat consists of 4 fully furnished en suite bed sitting rooms, 2
shared kitchens and 1 shared sitting/dining room. There is a communal
laundry on the 2nd floor.
Queen Mary’s Residence
Queen Mary’s Residence is located close to Hampstead High Street and
Hampstead Heath. Situated approximately 15 minutes’ walk from the
Royal Free Hospital. The accommodation comprises of 4 wings of rooms
on the top floor of Queen Mary’s Hospital. The wings vary in size from 10
rooms to 18 rooms. Each group of 5 rooms share kitchen, toilet and
bathrooms. There is also a communal TV room on each wing and
communal laundry on the ground floor. Each room is fully furnished and
has a wash basin

Coppetts Wood House (opened in September 2008)
This popular development consists of 141 flats
ranging from single occupancy studios, 1 & 2 bed

Housing Association
Princess Christian House was opened in June 2005 and is and
managed by Genesis Housing Group. It is located alongside the
Royal Free Hospital and is connected to it by a dedicated high-level
bridge. It is close to Hampstead Village, with its shops and
restaurants and the famous Heath is only short walk away. There are
excellent transport links to the West End and other parts of the
capital by British Rail and underground railway and bus routes.
The building has eighty-eight single and six double self-contained
flats over five floors. All have private shower and toilet, kitchenette
(with electric hobs, microwave oven, fridge and storage units) and
are fully furnished with a view to comfortable living for one person.
Double flats are larger and designed with the needs of couples in
mind. All flats have a vacuum cleaner and personal safe. A
communal laundry room is situated on the entrance floor and is
open 24 hours a day. On-site housing management services are
provided for the convenience of customers for a substantial part of
each working day

 Private Housing Advisory Service for
Barnet and Chase Farm Hospital Staff

Barnet and Chase Farm Hospitals (BCF) are located close

to local vibrant private rental markets within the boroughs
of Barnet and Enfield respectively. The local areas are well
serviced by schools, public amenities and good
transportation links. Available accommodation types
range from rooms within existing households to studio/flats
to larger houses. Rents average from £600pcm for a single
room in an existing household and from £800/900pcm for
studios/flats. Costs of up to £100pcm should be factored in
for other bills such as utilities and council tax.
Accommodation Services provides a Private Housing
Advisory Service to support BCF staff in navigating the
local private rental markets. Finding a place to live
can often be a stressful activity and our service can
guide you from the initial search through to the signing
of the tenancy agreement for your new home. We
can provide advice on all areas of the private rental
market or any other related query to maximise your
housing solutions. To support your search, we have
