A laptop is a kind of computer unit which has the same function as a PC (Personal
Computer), but it is smaller, lighter and of different sizes. Nowadays, most people choose
laptops for several reasons.

A laptop is a portable device. This portability is very helpful for our work, study and other
activities. We do not need complicated cable installations to activate a laptop, and with a
laptop, we can do our work anytime anywhere.

Moreover, a laptop allows us to access the internet in public places which provide free access
called hot spot areas. Some people like to use this facility to carry out their tasks.

Finally, a laptop consumes energy more efficiently than a PC does. This device uses a
rechargeable battery as a source of electric energy. So if we prefer using a laptop, it means
that we support the government program to save energy.

That’s why a laptop has become very popular recently.

A young and very beautiful princess lost her ball in the water while she was
playing by the side of the lake. She began to cry so sadly that the frog who sat beside the
lake croaked to her, “What will you give me if I get you your ball back?”
All the gold you could wish for!” replied the princess. “No, I’ll asked only that
I’ll be allowed to stay with you and be your friend,” said the frog. The prince gave her
word (what did such promise cost her if it mean she could have her ball back?), but she

back she ran off so fast that the frog could not keep up with her. Nevertheless, after a
while the frog arrived at the palace.
As soon as she saw the frog, the princess was frightened. She ran to ask for help
from her father, but the king, who knew what had happened, ordered his daughter to keep
her promise. So the princes picked the frog up gently in her hand, but, with a shiver she let
it drop to the ground again. But that one brief touch was enough to break the spell that

Genetic Engineering
Genetic engineering is the process of altering the genetic composition of plants, animals, and
humans. The most practical application of genetic engineering is to create a more sustainable
food system for the people of Earth, but there are other ways we can use it to our advantage as
well.
Unfortunately, there are both pros and cons of genetic engineering. For every benefit, there is a
list of concerns and potential problems we need to consider. There is a substantive argument on
both sides of genetic engineering,
Evolution takes thousands of years to adapt to our surroundings, but genetic engineering offers a
quicker path forward. With the assistance of genetic engineering, we could force our bodies to adapt
to the changing climate of our planet. We could tack-on some extra years to our lives by altering our
cells, so our bodies don’t deteriorate as quickly as they currently do. The fountain of youth might be
within our reach, and many look forward to advancements in the area of genetic engineering.
Additionally, a lot of diseases depend on genetic predisposition. Some people are more likely to
get cancer, Alzheimer’s and other diseases than their neighbor. With genetic engineering, we can
get rid of these genetic predispositions once and for all.

One of the biggest hurdles in genetic engineering is the possibility of errors or genetic defects,
especially in humans. Scientists have a general understanding of what creates a functioning
human, but they don’t yet have all the pieces to the puzzle.
Finally, although the positives of genetic engineering are convincing, the negatives can be
terrifying. If we ever get to the point where we can genetically alter humans, we need to consider
the moral, ethical, and practical application of technology before going any further.

Should we have printed advertisement?” There are many reasons for people to
answer this question. Many people have strong views and feel that advertisements are
nothing more than useless junk mail, while other people feel it is an important source of
information.
Here are some reasons why we have advertisements in newspapers and magazines.
One reason is advertisements give us information about what is available. Looking at
advertisements we can find out what is on sale and what is new in the market. This is
easy way of shopping. Another reason is that advertisements promote business. When
shopkeepers compete against each other, they try to sell their goods as cheap as possible
or attract buyers by offering discount. In this case, buyers get the beneficial effects of this
competition. They save their money.
On the other hand, some people argue that advertisements should not be put in
newspapers

When we go shopping, we get a plastic bag to carry in the things we buy. When we go to a
friend’s or relative’s house and we want to give him/her something, we use a plastic bag to carry
the thing. In fact, plastic bags are really needed. However, they are dangerous for the environment.
First, plastic bags need a long time to decompose. Plastic bags take up to 1,000 years to
decompose on land and 450 years in the water.
Second, people use up natural resources to make the plastic bags. The most common plastic
bags you see today are made of polyethylene. This material is made of crude oil and natural gas.
Moreover, they harm wildlife and marine life. Plastic bags are now ubiquitous in our
environment and animals both on land and in water are being strangled, choked and killed by
them. Plastic bags are now the fifth most common debris item found on beaches.
Plastic bags are also dangerous for our health. Based on the results of the research by Drugs
and Food Control, colored plastic bags are very dangerous for health if we use them to keep foods.
According to the Head of POM, Husniah Rubiana Thamrin Akib, this is because colored
plastic bags are recycled products and their previous history is not known. They may have been
