Overview
The TC80310 is an integrated circuit 1.5 μF/2.2 μF
intended to regulate the output Stator B+A
voltage of an automotive alternator. PH1
LIN
The IC supplies a current via a high PH2

side MOSFET to the excitation coil of EXC GND
