Appetizers

• Popia – Four thin spring rolls wrapped around a mixture of cabbage, bean
sprouts, tofu, carrots, onions, cucumber and deep fried till golden brown. Served
with sweet hot chili sauce.

• Roti Chanai - griddle fried, unleavened bread served with curry lentil dipping
sauce

• Mesclun Salad - Mesclun mix, greens tossed with crumbled blue, cheese, spicy
peanuts and a balsamic, vinegar, honey, lime, soy, sesame vinaigrette

• Shrimp Fritters – Shrimp, scallions and bean sprout fritters served with a sweet
& hot peanut sauce

Entrees
• Curry Blackened Chicken – Grilled curry powdered dusted chicken boneless
breast served with mesclun mix with crumbled blue cheese, spicy peanuts and a
balsamic vinegar, honey, lime, soy and sesame vinaigrette.
• Ayam Percik (Malaysian BBQ Chicken) – Grilled marinated boneless breast of
chicken, basted with house made coconut turmeric, lime BBQ sauce and
steamed baby bok choy

• Curry – Slices of beef, chicken or tofu with green peppers, potatoes and
tomatoes in a coconut curry sauce.
• Kelantanese Kerutuk – Slices of beef, chicken or tofu simmered in a mixture of
spices (coriander, fennel seed, cinnamon, cardamom, star anise and chilies) with
baby potatoes and coconut milk.
• Two Soy – Slices of beef, chicken or tofu, wok fried in two different say sauces
(sweet and salty) with livered onions, broccoli, Asian long beans and green
peppers.
• Mee Goreng ala Mamak- Seafood version of our Mee Goreng stir fried egg
noodles with scallops, shrimp and calamari and a hint of curry.
• Mee Soup Istimewa - Peanut based soup, spiced with white pepper and served
with egg noodles, cabbage, carrots, yu choy, bean sprouts and garnished with
hard boil egg, tofu and lime. Choice of beef, chicken or tofu

• Roti Murtabak - Unleavened griddle bread, stuffed with ground beef, egg and
Malaysian spices. Served with curry lentil sauce
• House Salad – Mesclun, mix greens tossed with crumbled blue cheese, spicy peanuts and
a balsamic vinegar, honey, lime, soy, sesame oil vinaigrette
• Satay- Skewered beef or chicken, marinated, grilled and served with compressed rice,
cucumber slices and coconut peanut sauce
• Shrimp Fritters - Shrimp, scallions and bean sprout fritters served with a sweet & hot
peanut sauce
• Kerabu Sotong (Calamari Salad) – Calamari, cucumber, tomato, red onions and sweet
peppery lime juice dressing

Entrees

breast of chicken, basted with house made coconut turmeric, lime BBQ sauce and
steamed baby bok choy and grilled tomatoes.
• Kari (Curry) - Slices of beef/chicken or tofu with green bell peppers, potatoes, and
tomatoes in a coconut curry sauce

• Goreng Pedas (Hot and Spicy) – Slices of beef, chicken, tofu, calamari or shrimp
sautéed with onions, Asian long beans, hot chilies, shrimp paste, tamarind juice and
tomato sauce
• Goreng Kicap (Two Soy) – Slices of beef/chicken or tofu, wok fried in two different soy
sauces (sweet and salty) with slivered onions, broccoli, Asian long beans and green
peppers
• Petite Filet Mignon – with a cabernet reduction sauce, Portobello mushroom, baby bok
choy, lemon garlic baby potatoes, spring roll basket of mesclun greens, honey, lime, soy
and sesame oil vinaigrette, blue cheese, and spicy peanuts

Desserts

• Grilled Bananas – served with ice cream, raspberry, caramel and chocolate sauces
sprinkled with chopped peanuts.
• Fried Bananas – Bananas wrapped in spring roll shells, deep fried with vanilla ice cream
with caramel and chocolate sauces
• French Chocolate Cake – served with raspberry sauce.
