RESOLUTIONS

1.Resolution strongly endorsing the petition of Romulo L.

Ricafort for judicial clemency and compassion and his
reinstatement as member of the Philippine Bar;

2. Resolution declaring as valid and operative the

Ordinance No. 14-0007-2019 of the City of Legazpi,
entitled: “An Ordinance amending City Ordinance No.
0009-2013 on the reclassification of Lots 1-7 and 9, Block
9, PCS-05-000418 with a total lot area of 2,428 square
meters located at Bel Air Subdivision, Brgy. Gogon,
Legazpi City, from residential zone 2 area district zone 28
to commercial area, for the proposed gasoline station;”
3. Resolution declaring as valid and operative the
Municipal Resolution No. 106-A-09 series of 2018,
entitled: “A Resolution adopting the AIP for CY 2019 of
the Municipal Government of Bacacay, Province of
Albay;”
4. Resolution declaring as valid and operative the
Municipal Resolution No. 015-2018, entitled: “A
Resolution approving the AIP for CY 2019 of the
Municipal Government of Guinobatan, Province of
Albay;”

5. Resolution declaring as valid and operative the

Municipal Ordinance No. 349-09series of 2019, entitled:
“An Ordinance amending Section 32, Subsection 32.1,
paragraph E of Ordinance No. 01-09 series of 2018, also
known as the 2018 Franchising Code of the Municipality
of Bacacay, Province of Albay;

6. Resolution approving PDC Resolution No. 01-2019,

entitled: Approving the Updated AIP CY-2019 and its
corresponding PDIP 2019-2023 of the Province of Albay;

7. Resolution approving PDC Resolution No. 02-2019,

entitled: Approving the Reprogramming of the
unexpended continuing appropriation from the 20% EDF
to various infrastructure development programs of the
Province of Albay for CY-2019;

8. Resolution authorizing Hon. Al Francis C. Bichara,

Governor, Province of Albay, to enter into and sign the
MOA by and between the Clinica Aban Birthing Home
and the Josefina Belmonte Duran Albay Provincial
Hospital relative to the referral system of complicated
obstetrical and pediatric cases for appropriate and
necessary emergency management and care;

9. Resolution authorizing Hon. Al Francis C. Bichara,

Governor, Province of Albay, to enter into and sign the
MOA for and in behalf of the PGA with the PCSO and to
receive the calamity assistance from said office;

10. Resolution declaring as valid and operative the

Ordinance No. 05 series of 2018 of the Municipality of
Oas, Province of Albay, entitled: “An Ordinance
reclassifying parcels of land identified as Lot No. 10785-P
with an area of 804 square meters, more or less, owned
by Filomena N. Sabando; Lot No. 10785-B with an area of
986.15 more or less owned by Galiver Sabando-Ocampo;
Lot No. 10785-P with an area of 1,001 square meters
more or less owned by Vanessa Sabando-Ocampo, all
situated in Brgy. Maramba, Oas, Albay from agricultural
to commercial use;”

11. Resolution declaring as valid and operative the

Municipal Ordinance No. 085-2018 of Jovellar, Province
of Albay, entitled: “An Ordinance creating certain plantilla
positions in the Office of the Municipal Mayor, this
municipality,” subject to the finding and recommendation
stated;
12. Resolution declaring as valid and operative the
Ordinance No. 02 series of 2018 of the Municipality of
Oas, Province of Albay, entitled: “An Ordinance naming
the Public Plaza of the Municipality of Oas, as ‘Oas
People’s Park’;”
13. Resolution declaring as valid and operative the
Municipal Ordinance No. 001-2019 of Guinobatan,
Province of Albay, entitled: Amending Section 6 of
Municipal Ordinance No. 5-2017, entitled: Establishing a
Municipal Council for Senior Citizens in Guinobatan,
Albay, defining its functions and for other purposes,
thereby increasing from 300.00 to 500.00 the incentive of
its members in the form of travelling allowance during
their monthly regular meeting and annual meeting;

14. Resolution declaring Appropriation Ordinance No.

015-2018 (Supplemental Budget No. 06, CY-2018) of the
Municipality of Guinobatan, Province of Albay operative
in its entirety subject to some conditions;

15. Resolution approving the accreditation of Albay

Coconut Growers Agriculture Cooperative as NGO.

MY OWN AGENDA

If I will be one of the board members for the said meeting I

will present an agenda about "senior high school student's
summer job".Cuz , s a senior high school student we should
have some experiences about having a job to help ourselves
especially on gaining self confidence and socialization skills.But ,
sad to say that not all students can have the oportunity to
experience having a summer job because of some
reasons.like :not being fair on peeking students that are capable
for that job because some of the the students parents are also
working on that particular place so they are capable on
choosing their own child and his/her close friends.So if I will be
given a chance I will implement an agenda about all senior high
school having a summer job.

March 12,2019.2:00 p.m. The day , that we

HIMSS-6 and GAS-1 students are all gathered to attend
the 2019 122nd regular session on Albay Provincial
Capitol.
As we DNHS senior high school students
entered the session hall.We felt welcome ang
honored.It's an opportunity for us to attend a meeting
together with our vice governor Hon. Harold Ong.
Imperial ang also with all the board members Allan
Ranola,Ralph Andes,Reynaldo bragais,Victor Ziga Jr.,Eva
Josephine Ribaya,Jesus M. Go,Dante Baclao,Howard Pem
Imperial,Dante Arandia and Jesap S. Salceda.The meeting
started with prayer and singging our national anthem.As
the meeting started we are all focus on taking down
notes ang hearing all the discussions , about their reports
and etc. The meeting lasted for almost three hours and
ended at exactly 5:48 pm.
I learned that politics is pretty much hard to
understand especially if you are not interested on to that
thing.
