Roles & Responsibilities

1. Builds key customer relationships, identifies business


opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals and
maintains extensive knowledge of current market
conditions.

2. Work closely with the other marketing staffs &


management to increase sales opportunities and thereby
maximize revenue for their organization. To achieve
this, they need to find potential new customers, present
to them, ultimately convert them into clients, and
continue to grow business in the future. Prospect for
new clients by networking, cold calling.

3. Continuously develop the pipeline of new business


coming into the company. Arrange & attend to business
meetings with prospective clients on an everyday basis.

4. Promote the company’s products/services addressing


or predicting clients’ objectives

5. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. Submit


weekly reports, Forecast sales targets & ensure they are
met.

6. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support,


Competitor analysis, identify & develop the company's
Unique Selling Propositions & key Differentiators

Candidate
1. Proven working experience as a business
development executive, sales executive or a relevant
role

2. Proven sales track record


(Experience in customer support is a plus)

3. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g.


Salesforce)

4. Proficiency in English,
Market knowledge,
Communication and negotiation skills

5. Time management and planning skills

6. Willing to travel
