I. OBJECTIVES
A. Content Standards: The Learners demonstrate an understanding of the relationship among
the locations of volcanoes, earthquake epicenters, and mountain ranges
B. Performance Standards: The Learners shall be able to demonstrate ways to ensure disaster
preparedness during earthquake, tsunamis, and volcanic eruptions.
C. Learner’s competencies/Code: Locate the epicenter of an earthquake using the
triangulation method / S9ES-Ia-j-36.1
*Specific Objectives ( 3 Skills a Day )
1. Cognitive: Describe the distribution of earthquake epicenters
2. Psychomotor: Describe the different types of plate boundaries
3. Affective: Explain the different processes that occur along the plate boundaries

the country

instruction on how to perform the activity.
