Medical Education Service, Department of Health & Family Welfare, Government of West Bengal - you are being called for Documents verification. You will be allowed to
appear at the interview on the same day, if all the certificates are authentic & West Bengal Health Recruitment Board is satisfied that you fulfill the laid down qualifications/
conditions etc. mentioned in the advertisement for the applied post. The date, time & place are as follows:

Before coming to documents verification-cum-interview, you must ensure that you fulfill all the conditions of eligibility for the applied post as per Advertisement. You are
requested to bring all the following necessary original certificates along with two sets of photocopy of documents, duly attested, for our verification and two copies print out of
your application form duly signed. After verification, all the original certificates shall be returned back and attested photocopies will be retained in our Office.

01. Photo Identity Card ( like Passport or Voter ID Card or AADHAR Card / IT PAN Card )
02. Age proof certificate as recorded in Madhyamik or equivalent Certificate
03. Cast Certificate ( in case of SC/ST Candidates and category certificate for OBC candidates ).
04. Person with disability certificate (if applicable )
05. MBBS or equivalent Pass Certificate along with Mark sheets of all professional Examinations
06. Certificate of Registration under West Bengal Medical Council
07. Post Graduate Degree/ post doctoral degree Certificate along with Mark sheets if any
08. Certificate on Two years’ service experience in rural areas from appropriate authority;
09. Copy/ copies of Publications in journals indexed with Index Medicus or National Level journals of the National Academic Organizations;
10. Experience Certificate, if any.
11. Govt. employee Certificate, where applicable
12. Two copies of passport size photograph
13. Two copy print out of the fully submitted application forms duly signed.
Please note that you will not be allowed to appear at the interview if you fail to produce any of the above required certificates, in original.

Mobile Phone, Pager, Laptop, Scanner, Camera etc. are not allowed at the aforesaid Venue for interview.

No TA/ DA is admissible.
