ELEVATOR FEATURES
• Anti-nuisance: if no passengers are detected inside the car
and no car calls are registered the elevator will cancel the
remaining calls
• Car fan and light: The car fan and light are wired into the
controller’s energy saving mode and are automatically
switched off after a set period of time
• Overload protection: In the event the car is overloaded, the
car buzzer will sound, the overload indicator will illuminate
and the door will remain open
• Intercom system: A 3-way communication system is
implemented as standard; this links a control room with the
car and the machine access panel
• Full capacity: If the car is at full capacity the lift will not
respond to hall calls
• Door light curtain: The car doors are equipped with a light
curtain that, if broken, will reopen the doors to avoid the
obstructing object
• Parking feature: On the main landing, a parking facility is
provided where the elevator can be keyed into a dormant
mode
• Emergency light inside car: Illuminates in emergency situations
• Doors opening in advance: The door opening cycle is initiated
seconds before the car stops at the landing
• Automatic rescue device: As an option an emergency power
supply can be provided; the ARD allows for the elevator to
automatically return to the landing in the event of a power
failure
• Voice announciation: A voice announcement in the car
provides information on car position and direction
