AAA Corp (herein referred to as the “Company”) hereby confirms your appointment as Design and
Merchandize Development Supervisor subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Your monthly basic pay shall be Thirty Thousand Pesos (Php 30,000.00) Your regular work
schedule shall be from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, from Monday to Friday.

2. Your employment contract shall be on 15th of June 2019 until 15th of June 2020 as regular

3. You shall be reporting directly to the Management who shall discuss with you the details of
your responsibilities as well as the performance standards required in your position as per
attached job description, which will form part of this agreement.

4. You will faithfully perform your duties and responsibilities (as stipulated in the attached job
Description Sheet) pertaining to the job for which you have been appointed and such other
duties as the Company may assign to you from time to time in connection with this
undertaking. It is also understood that you may be re-assigned from time to time to perform
other tasks or to other departments as exigencies so warrant.
5. You agree to comply with all existing policies, rules and regulations of the company, as well as
those that maybe issued thereafter. You are thus subject to the company rules and regulations
at all times and any violation thereof shall be considered as a violation of the terms and
conditions of this agreement which shall warrant the imposition of the appropriate penalty or
administrative sanction.
The company reserves the right to terminate your employment based on any of the following
grounds: (i) your service be no longer needed; (ii) when your performance does not meet the
reasonable standards; (iii) if it is discovered that you are not physically or medically fit for the position
or (iii) when there is just cause for termination of your employment under the company rules and
regulations and violation of this Agreement; and (iv) when there is just and authorized cause for
termination of your employment under the Labor code of the Philippines, as amended.
