Would you like to know more about how a marketing expert can
embedded analytics and reporting efficiently?

If so, follow this interactive tutorial.

(1) To open the app, select the Analytics and Report Gallery tile.

The gallery opens in a cards view. Each card showing an information area
with all analytics apps, reports and analytics stories that are available for
this area. You can see and use all elements you are authorized for.

(2) You can directly access the elements using the cards.

For this tutorial, to view the most relevant KPIs for your campaigns, choose Campaign
Performance.

The report is directly displayed.

(3) To go back to the cards view, choose Back.

(4) Now let‘s try an anlytics story. Let‘s say you are again interested in the campaign
success.

Choose Campaign Success for Messages, Last 3 Months.

Results report is displayed in a new tab.

Now, we will go back to reports view and access an analytics app.

(5) Choose Profile Dashboard.

The Profile Dashboard is displayed in a new tab.

Now, we will go back to reports view and use the filter functionality to filter
specific analytics elements.

(6) To expand the Header, choose the arrow.

(7) To select an element type, open the list.

If you need to search for an element in the card view, first open the filter
bar.

Then, enter a search string. You can serach in the name types, and
descriptions.

(8) Select the checkbox for Operational Report.

The results are displayed accordingly.

The system remembers your filtering. When you come back to the app
later, your filter will still be in place.

(9) To remove the filter, choose Delete.

If you want to highlight your favorite apps, reports, or stories, you can click
the star to make them a favorite.

Your most frequently used element will always be displayed on top.

(10) To adapt the UI to show only the information you really need, choose the Me Area.

(11) Choose Manage Cards.

You can deselect the cards you do not want to see.

For example you want to see only Contacts and Profiles and Campaign
Analytics.

(12) To deselect the Unassigned Elements card, choose Show/Hide Card.

(13) The rest of the cards have been deselected for you, choose OK.

You can rearrange the cards.

For instance, you can drag the Contacts and Profiles card to move it on
the left.

Contacts and Profiles Card is now displayed on the left.

(14) You can switch to list view directly. Note that the variants ot filters are not taken over.

Choose Show as List.

(15) The view has changed to list format.

Choose Home.

In addition to the Analytics and Report Gallery that is available by default,

you can also use a list-based app to work with Analytics.

(16) To add the app in the Quick Launch, choose the Me Area.

(17) Choose Edit Home Page.

(18) Choose Open App Finder.

(19) In the Search field, enter List and press Enter.

(20) Choose Add to Group "Quick Launch".

The app Analytics and Report Gallery – List is now also available to you in
the Quick Launch.

(24) To open the app, select the Analytics and Report Gallery – List tile.

The list view shows you all apps, reports, and stories in a list, allowing you
to see the descriptions.

You can view all elements, or select specific areas.

The list view allows you to search in the names and descriptions.

You can sort the elements in ascending and descending order, and apply
filters.

You can use the shortcut to switch back to the cards view.

(25) To return to the launchpad, choose Home.
