General Terms & Conditions. Other conditions are as under.
2. Send Order Acknowledgement within 48 hrs, else it will be treated as 'accepted'.
3 .Purchase Order Number must be quoted on all the Shipping Documents / Invoices.
4.Product Specification, Quality, Delivery Schedule & Instructions to be strictly adhered to. Delayed delivery will attract LD as
detailed in General Terms & Conditions.
5.All Materials should be packed properly as per HBL standard & suitable for Sea/Air worthy to avoid transit damages.
6.Shipping documents # Scan copies to be sent by e-mail immediately after dispatch. And Original documents to be sent within 5
Days of Shipping date as per payment terms.
7.Quality Test Certificate and other relevant shipping documents must accompany with all materials.
8.Guarantee/Warranty : Unless indicate otherwise, Guarantee/Warranty shall be 12 Months from date of commissioning or 18 Months
from date of receipt. Supplier shall be responsible for generic defects even after the expiry of Guarantee/Warranty period.
9.Drawings, designs, samples, technical specifications given by HBL should not be disclosed to any party or should not be
utilized for manufacturing.
10.Batch No, Mfg Date & Expiry Date must be mentioned on the Bags/ Drums/Pallets.
11.Material delivered pursuant to this order should have been produced & sold to us with all international Laws & Regulations,
including Conflict Minerals # 3TG Compliances.
12.The Purchase Order may be terminated incase items are not Shipped within scheduled delivery time.
13.Please ensure Hazardous goods are supplied to HBL with suitable packing and applicable MSDS, storage and handling
instructions.
