A healthy mind in a healthy body

In recent days, there have been ongoing discussions about a healthy mind
in a healthy body. People should be choose the best option to have a healthy life.
Some say that do exercising and taking care of yourself is waste time. In my opinion
people who do exercise is because they love themselves.
.

To start, it is important to talk about a healthy mind. First, mental health is


imperative for physical health. For example, if the mind is unsullied and pure, it will
greatly help in maintaining physical well-being and health. Second, in today life, we
are mostly stressed and racing against time to finish our to-do list each day. For
instance, we are so busy that we do not get time to eat properly, do some physical
exercise and even sleep adequately. Third, we are searching for mental peace all
the time. To illustrate, we are forgetting that in order to achieve all this, we need to
remain healthy, physically and mentally.

To begin with, it is relevant to talk about healthier lifestyle. First, people


could eat fruits and vegetables. For example, for a healthy mind, healthy body,
adding fresh fruits and veggies to your diet is very important. Second, do exercising
is the most important. For instance, walk, jog, skip, and do exercise for 30 minutes
for at least 5 days a week help in emotional balance. Third, this is the most important
that is ‘sleep well’. To illustrate, get yourself a minimum of seven hours sleep every
night, so that you feel fresh and energized throughout the day.

In addition to the healthier lifestyle, it is necessary to mention healthy body.


Firstly, important thing you should to do is sport. For example, it is not necessary
must be a kind of professional sport, you just need to spend more time outside and
lead an active way of life. Secondly, another thing that you should better avoid is
smoking and drinking. For instance, it is really easy to destroy it, but then it is very
hard and sometimes even impossible to rebuild it. Finally, these always try to
manage your stress. To illustrate, most people due to stress at work have health
problems, by controlling your stress you can maintain a healthy body. In conclusion,
for a healthy mind, healthy body, we obviously know we should be both physically
and mentally healthy and body fit.

Having the option to be healthy person, I do not lose more time and I
prepare. Famous bodybuilder Arnold Schwarzenegger say that who does exercise
lives more. So, based on the facts, why would you or somebody lose the time for
doing exercise, it is never is late for doing something specially?
