Objective and Application:

This Project Quality Delivery Plan (PQDP) is intended to provide:

1. An outline of project QA/QC activities and deliverables based on "Quality Activity and Deliverable Roadmap" in various
ORP-phases of Identify/Assess, Select, Define, and Execute respectively;
2. Those activities that are mandatory for executed projects are indicated in column "CoP, PS13" in the PQDP.

This Project Quality Delivery Plan (PQDP) will be applied:

1. by the Project Quality Lead to ensure the required QA/QC activities and deliverables in the projects delivered;
2. by the Project Manager/Engineer to use as a self-checking template to ensure all required QA/QC activities and
deliverables are sufficiently addressed.

Projects vary in risk profile dependent upon scope, location, complexity, level of equipment standardisation/ repeatability
and many other aspects. The Project QA/QC activities & deliverables in PQDP and scale of the associated activities
shall be risk dependent and fit for purpose. Identified non-standard risks will require additional QA/QC activities and
deliverables.

The Project Quality Delivery Plan (PQDP) shall be signed in the "Project Revision Box" by the Project Quality Lead and
the Project Manager reflecting the agreement to the project quality activities and deliverables for implementation in the
project.
