The endless guitar strums

The melodic piano tones
The powerful drum beats
Go with harmonic sweet voices

He plucked the strings

Like a grateful heart that sings
Echoing from the sound hole
Is undoubtedly the praying soul

The piano keys were pressed

Like a faithful heart caressed
Sacred church songs sustaining
For people wholeheartedly rejoicing

He struck the cymbals

Like a throbbing heart from hymnals
Resounding beats were synchronized
Praising believers are always mesmerized

Neither the guitarist and the drummer

Nor the pianist and the singer
Think playing such hymns is tedious
As long as it’s for God, it’s righteous

For God’s devoted ensemble

Playing is fulfilling His music
And singing is shouting without shame
That everything is in Jesus’ name.
