WHEREAS, CYBERJAVA INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION

requesting for open cases to comply in the Bureau of Internal Revenue;

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors of

Cyberjava International Corporation hereby authorizes ROSALINDA T. BINAY
to act on behalf of the Cyberjava International Corporation on requesting for open
cases to comply in the Bureau of Internal Revenue, and to sign for and perform to
any and all responsibilities in relation to such request.
