I, Kovuru Venkataramana, S/o. K.Venkatarathnam, Hindu,

65Years, R/o. 13/2/175, R.C. Nagar, Anantapuramu, District, do hereby
solemnly affirm and sincerely state as follows:

1. I am the deponent herein and cavetor in the above petition.

2. I submit that myself and the 2nd caveator are in possession of the
petition schedule property. Except ourselves, none else have any
manner of right or title to the petition schedule property.

3. I submit that respondent No.1 to 4 seems to have cast their eyes on

the petition Schedule Property with a view to unjustly enrich
themselves and to cause wrongful loss to us and are trying to file a
suit against us and are trying to obtain ex-parte injunction order
against us, we will suffer irreparable loss and hardship.

4. It is therefore prayed that the Hon’ble Court may be pleased to permit

us to enter into caveat and order prior notice to us in the event the
respondents filed any suit or petition seeking interim orders against
us otherwise we will suffer irreparable loss and hardship.
