Dear Applicant,
I, Mr. Nicholas Peterson is pleased to offer you the position of senior supervisor in
Green Garden livestock farm house Canada. We are Excited to have you as one of
our selected employee to work in our farm here in Canada as the senior farm
supervisor.

On this date, you are to report at 10:00AM to Green Garden livestock farm house,
where you will be briefed with some vital information about the farm house
Your job will start immediately orientation program for new foreign employees is
completed to enable you adopt the system of our service and operation.
Interview is not required due to the orientation that will be giving to you after
reporting to the farm house.
If you accept this job offer, you'll be eligible to receive
The following:
• Salary: Monthly Net starting salary of $8,000.00 (Canadian Dollar) paid in cash,
cheque or direct transfer (This salary is take home monthly or weekly
salarydepend on your choice whether monthly or weekly basis). Salary increases
will be negotiated to take effect at the beginning of each renewal period.
* Performance Bonuses: Up to three percent of your monthly net salary, paid
quarterly by your choice of cash, cheque or direct transfer.
• Duties and Responsibilities: Your job as the senior supervisor is to monitor the
activities in the farm house, making sure that all the employees are active is the
area of their work and to make sure that there is no loose of money and livestock
by making a proper records on income and outcome services, and also to enable
every new employee get to know each other.
• Work Schedule: Policies on standard hours,
Overtime and compensatory time apply to this position; the standard hours of
work for the employee are 40 hours per week. The employee will be
compensated for work time that exceeds standard hours at a rate of 1.5 times
their regular hourly rate provided that overtime work is approved in advance by
employer, salary and contract period shall also be liable to increments with time
and employee’s official promotions and position in service.
• Contract Duration: 4 Years (Renewable)
• Benefits: Green Garden livestock farm house will provide standard benefits for
salaried-exempt employees, including the following:

-Six weeks fully paid home leave in a year.
-Accommodation (Three-Bed-Room Apartment for married staffs relocating
with their family and One-Bed-Room Apartment for single staffs, this
accommodation is free)
-A Fixed land phone and an Internet ready computer.
-Official car with maintenance.
-Free meal according to your choice dietary
-Comprehensive healthcare delivery.
Absence through illness: Mr. Nicholas Peterson must be notified as soon as
possible after 9.00 am in all cases where a member of the staff is unable to attend
at the place of work. A medical certificate is required if absence extends beyond
three consecutive days and should cover the period until the staff member is
declared fit for work. Dental appointments, visits to the doctors, etc, should,
where possible, be arranged outside working hours.
Residence and Work Permit / Visa: On confirmation that you have done the
mandatory as mentioned below.
You have to contact the below person Canada Border Services Agency officer
representing a higher percentage of expatriate status employee with relations to
this procedure and make a refundable deposit fee of (337USD) approximately
(24,000 INR) as mandated if you are really interested and serious to work with us.

It is compulsory that you will make a refundable document registration and agent
fee of 337 USD ( 24,000 INR) for security deposit to the appointed agent to assure
us that you will not disappoint us after we pay for your visa and flight ticket to
Canada. I will immediately pay for your Work Permit/Visa fee including for your
family visa fee if you are coming with the members of your family.
Dismissal: Company hopes that it will not be necessary to dismiss an Employee,
however, it must be understood that there are certain breaches of Firm Rules for
which, after the facts have been ascertained, an Employee may be summarily
dismissed or suspended, without pay, pending further investigations. In such an
event, an Employee will be afforded a full right of representation of his/her case
to the Company before a final decision is made. Continued failure to adhere to
normal Company requirements, including timekeeping, attendance, job
performance, confidentiality in relation to all the Company’s affairs and general
conduct will result in an Employee being subject the following procedure:
 The Employee will receive a verbal warning.
 The Employee will receive a first formal written warning advising that
continued failure to improve on the specific aspect of performance will
lead to disciplinary action.
 The Employee will receive a final formal written warning. The Employee
will be suspended for a fixed period, without pay.
 The Employee will be dismissed in the event of it becoming absolutely
clear that no, or insufficient, improvement on the aspect of performance is
forthcoming.
Termination of Agreement
*Termination on Resignation: The employee may terminate this agreement by
giving the employer one month’s prior written notice of resignation.
* Termination on Retirement:
These agreements shall be terminate by the employees voluntary retirement, that
retirements shall be effective on the last day of any fiscal year, provided that the
effective date of retirement occurs after the employees 70th birthday, and that
the employee gives the employer three (3) months prior written notice.
*Termination on Disability: If, during the period of employment, the employee
becomes unable due to mental or physical illness or injury to perform his or her
duties under this agreement in his or her normal and regular manner, this
agreement shall be then be terminated.
* Termination upon Death: If the employee dies during the period of
employment this agreement shall then be terminated.
Employees Documents Registration Fee, Security Deposit Fee and Agent
Service Fee As Mentioned Above
Management will not accept to pay for your Residence Work
Permit / Visa and flight ticket if you fail or unable to pay the documents
registration,
and agent fee of 24,000 INR to the appointed agent to proof your seriousness
that you will join us as soon as your visa is ready.
