Job Description:
Position: Production Planning, Procurement and Control Executive (Production Planning
,Procurement and Execution.)

Educational Quali cation : Should have passed Full time BE / BTech (Mechanical/Production).

Work Experience : Minimum 2yrs to 5yrs of work experience from Engineering Industry
having Batch / Mass Production.

1. ROLE OBJECTIVE
- To ensure smooth ow of material & maintain inventory levels to achieve production
targets.
- Production Planning
- Co-ordinate for delivery and inspection of motors.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare monthly / weekly / daily production plans and issue to respective shops.
- Prepare material procurement plan & issue schedules to vendors.
- Ensure uniformity and on time availability of material .
- Ensure On time delivery of motors to customers in cordination with Production, Marketing
and Inspection Teams.
- Maintain desired inventory levels
- Reduce stock of slow moving & non-moving items.
- SQP Audit as per plan.
- Arrange material required for spares.
- Assist material dept. in Vendor Development/ Rationalisation

3. TECHNICAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

- SAP working knowledge related to PP and MM module. (MRP)
- Commerical knowledge of procurement activity.
- Product and Process Knowledge
- Vendor capacities and process knowledge.
- Six Sigma.
