SCHOOL POLICIES, RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. Every student has to wear Complete and Proper School Uniform

upon entering the Campus.

2. NO ID, NO ENTRY POLICY

3. Every student shall observe the appropriate and proper haircut and
hair color.

4. Boys wearing earring is not allowed inside the campus.

Offense: confiscation of earring.

5. Coming to School under the influence of liquor is not allowed.

1st Offense: Report to the guidance office with promissory note

2nd Offense: A fine of Ᵽ500.00
3rd Offense: Suspension from the School for Seven (7) days

6. Smoking inside the campus is strictly prohibited.

1st Offense: Report to the guidance office with promissory note

2nd Offense: A fine of Ᵽ500.00
3rd Offense: Suspension from the School for Seven (7) days

7. Jumping over the Fence is not allowed.

1st Offense: Report to the guidance office with promissory note

2nd Offense: a fine of Ᵽ500.00
3rd Offense: Suspension from the School for Seven (7) days

8. Initiating Conflicts Inside the School Campus.

1st Offense: The parent and the child will be called to the
Guidance Office for disciplinary
action
2nd Offense: A fine of Ᵽ500.00
3rd Offense: Suspension from the school for seven (7) days.
9. Anti-Littering/Loitering inside the School Campus.

1st Offense: Promissory note signed by the Parents, School Head

and the Guidance Counselor
2nd Offense: Cleaning inside the classroom
3rd Offense: Cleaning inside the School Campus

10. Bringing Cellphone inside the Campus is not allowed.

1st Offense: Warning to the student’s concerned

2nd Offense: Confiscation of Cellphone
3rd Offense: Parents’ attention will be called by the Guidance
Counselor

11. Bringing deadly weapons such as: knife, fight ring, or any sharp
thing inside the School Campus is not allowed.

1st Offense: Confiscation of deadly weapons

2nd Offense: A fine of Ᵽ500.00
3rd Offense: Suspension from the School for three (7) days

12. Every student shall use proper place for urination.

Ang pag-ihi sa pader o kung saan-saan o sa hindi tamang ihian ay may
parusang

Offense: Cleaning the place of urination

Paglilinis ng pader o sa lugar na inihian.

13. Destroying School facilities and equipments such as

door/window/wall/chairs/table/electric fans/ is not allowed.

1st Offense: report to the guidance office with promissory note

2nd Offense: A fine of Ᵽ500.00
3rd Offense: construction of the destroyed facilities

14. Anti-bullying Act

15. Students shall respect all employees of GAMNHS including Security

Guards, Teaching and Non-Teaching Personnel.

16. Avoid vandalism.
