READY FINISH
1) When READY button lights on control console, ROTOR sensing is
finished.(Ready status-LED 3 on).
1) When Espousing, there must be feed back wave at GND and +KV,-
KV,+mA,-mA
2) If the wave is not measured, check it as follows.
A) The drive signal must be output at U38-9,10 as follows.
Repeat Operation
1) TB2-1,2 : When selecting Bucky1 on Display Console and pressing Ready, 110VAC
voltage is output between the terminal 1 and 2.
* When it doesn’t work : follow the check instructions of Relay 2 Board Test.
2) TB2-3,4 : When selecting Bucky1 on Display Console and pressing Ready, 110VAC
voltage is output between the terminal 3 and 4.
* When it doesn’t work : follow the check instructions of Relay 2 Board Test.
3) TB2-5,6 : 24VAC voltage is output to operate the collimator.
* When it doesn’t work : check whether F1 fuse on Main Power Board is disconnected or not
and, if necessary, replace it by new one.
4) TB2-7,8 : 30VDC LOCK voltage is output to operate Stand, Table and Bucky Stand.
* When it doesn’t work : check whether F1 fuse on Main Power Board is disconnected or not
and, if necessary, replace it by new one.
Check out the operation of MG1. (LOCK voltage is approved with the point of contact of
MG1)
5) TB2-7,8,9,10 : 110VAC voltage is output to operate Stand and Table.
* When it doesn’t work : Check out the operation of MG2. (LOCK voltage is approved with
the point of contact of MG2)
6) TB2-11,12 : It is supplied Power to operate the board of the optional photo-fluorography
and so on. (The voltage to operate photo-fluorographic relay on Interface board)
7) TB2-15 : It is Exposure Signal and for photo-fluorography.
8) TB2-16,17,18 : It is output the voltage to operate the rotor of tube.
* When it doesn’t work : follow the check instructions of Rotor signal voltage adjustment on
H.T control Board Test(7).
9) TB2-19,20 : It is Temp Sensor and detects the overload of tube – This is optional and
when connecting, it works normally. ( Usually the contact point of thermometer sensor in
the tube is connected to the rotor wire and when overloading of tube, it is treated the rotor
error.)
1) TB2-1,2,3 : It is output the voltage to operate the rotor of tube2.(Tube under the table –
for Fluoroscopy)
* When it doesn’t work : follow the check instructions of Rotor signal voltage adjustment on
H.T control Board Test(7).
2) TB2-4,5,6 : When selecting Tube 2, it is supplied Power to operate I.I, Power Supply,
Monitor, Camera and so on to be inflicted the voltage.

* When the filament board is defective and new one is replaced, follow the below steps.
1. Each board has some differences of voltage. Accordingly, refer to the below standard
datasheet when replacing filament board by new one.
* In case of High Voltage Cable HVC-6M (Test Point : between GND and the connector J4-3)
* The above values may have some differences in accordance with the length of High Voltage
Cable or the condition of calibration.
2. With reference of the above values, make measure the voltage of the old filament board
in advance and write down the values. Replace the old board by new one.
3. Test Point on PCB of the replaced board : Make place the tester between GND and J4-3
and set up the display condition to 200mA/70kV. When the ready, adjust its value to the same as
the voltage of PCB on the old filament board with the pot resistor ‘R60’.
