INTRODUCTION OF ORGANIZATION

1.1 GENERAL

Diyalo Engineering Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is a multi-disciplinary professional

engineering firm established on 2016 to provide expertise and technical services to meet
the growing demand for comprehensive environmental issues, civil engineering,
architectural, planning and development research. The company’s head office is in
Kathmandu is staffed with fulltime experts and supporting staff.

Diyalo Engineering Consultancy is registered with government of Nepal and is

entitled to undertake any project requiring inputs from surveyors, engineers, architects,
environmentalist, planners, economist, geologists, sociologists etc.

1.2 ORGANIZATION

The company is governed by Managing Director. It has an engineering department

headed by and reporting to Managing Director. The Managing Director runs the day to day
affairs of company.

Managing Director of the company is attached to the team as Team Leader or

Project Director to direct the team effort to meet the objectives of the project as intended
and to maintain liaison with the client and to arrange for logistic requirement for the efficient
completion of the assignment. Organizational chart is attached in the annex-1

Diyalo Engineering Consultancy head office is currently located in Sankhamul-34,

Kathmandu. At present day to day office work is running through the rental house having 2
rooms, which provides workstations to its staff including professional and supporting staff. It

has also house library, meeting hall and documentation centre, computers and
reprographic facilities.

1.2.3 In-house Logistics Available

Diyalo Engineering Consultancy has its own modern survey equipment, office
equipment and all others facilities to run its regular projects. Diyalo Engineering
Consultancy also has abilities to its credit to arrange necessary logistics and equipment
required for projects of grater magnitude.
