defined standards (limit values).
Maintains historical tracking of inspections and trending records
Evaluates equipment lifetime and anticipates action requests.
Performs follow-up inspections on critical issues ( out of inspection

update the inspection system as well as analyzing equipment
conditions based inspections ( CMMS: Computer maintenance
