Terms & Conditions:
1. The above posts are purely temporary.
2. The appointment is co-terminus with the project and will be made up to 31.03.2020 or till termination
of the project whichever is earlier. The appointment is purely temporary and contractual and may be
terminated at any time on one month’s notice.
3. The services of the contractual employee will also be liable to terminate at any point of time without
assigning any reason because of non-release of grant from funding agency or unsatisfactory
performance.
4. No. T.A. /D.A. will be paid for appearing in the interview.
5. He/she will not be regular employee of the University and would not be entitled to any CPF/GPF or
any other benefit admissible to regular employee.
6. He/she will be required to produce a medical certificate of fitness from the CMO, IGKV, Raipur at
time of joining.
7. He/she would report for duty within 7 days from the date of issue of the selection failing which his/her
appointment may be treated as withdrawn.
8. His/her place of work will be RKVY-RAFTAAR Agri-Business Incubator, R-ABI, IGKV, Raipur.
9. A consolidated amount per month as mentioned in the table above will be paid to the selected
candidates for the respective posts.
10. She/he will be posted at IGKV, Raipur.
11. Candidates who are already employed in Govt. Organization should produce “No Objection
Certificate” from the present employer.
12. For SC/ST/OBC candidate age limit is as per the Govt. of India norms. Such candidates claiming
relaxation in age should produce the caste certificate from the Competent Authority.
13. Position is purely temporary basis and co-terminus with the project/scheme. Selected candidate will not
be entitled for any claim for regular appointment/absorption in IGKV, Raipur (C.G.) in future.
14. Eligible and interested candidates appearing for the Interview must bring typed application in the
prescribed application format, addressed to the Head of the Department, Department of Agri-
Business & Rural Management, College of Agriculture, Indira Gandhi Krishi Vishwavidyalaya,
Raipur (C.G.) along with detailed bio-data affixed with recent colored passport size photograph and
self-attested photocopies of certificates in support of age, qualification, experience, testimonials and
other credentials. One set of photocopies of all the original certificates along with the detailed bio-data
need to be submitted at the walk-in-interview.
15. Candidates must also bring all the original experience/testimonials in support of age, qualifications,
experiences etc. candidate without original documents will not be considered for the
interview/selection.
16. Canvassing in any form will be liable to disqualify the candidature. The decision of the selection
committee/IGKV Raipur is final and binding in all aspects.
17. Candidates will have to report at the Seminar Hall Department of Agri-business & Rural Management,
College of Agriculture, IGKV, Raipur (C.G.) one hour prior to schedule date & time with all
documents in original for verification etc.
