To educate students and push the DepEd Vision of developing Filipino who passionately love their country and whose
values and competencies enable them to realize their full potential and contribute meaningfully to building the nation.

20. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE GENERAL FUNCTION OF THE POSITION (Job Summary)
1. Plan, prepare and deliver lessons to all students in the classroom.
2. Teach according to the educational needs, abilities and achievement of the of individual students and groups.
3. Assign, correct and mark wok carried out by his/her student
4. Promote the general progress and well-being of individual /group of students entrusted to him/her.
5. Providing guidance and advice to students on educational and social matters and on their future education and future careers;providing information on sources of more expert advice

6.Communicate, consult and co-operatewithother members of the school staff, including those having post of special responsibility and parents/guardians to ensure the best interest of the students.

7. Review and evaluate one's own teaching and learning strategies, methodogies and programme/s in line with DepEd guidelines.
8. Ensuring high standards of professional practice and quality of teaching and learning of the subject/s,through effective dialogue and participation in reciprocal peer review and observation of class teaching practice by the subject Department Head.

9. Participating in In-Service education and training courses as well as in continuing professional development (CPD)opportunities, and taking part in action research exercises.

10. Participate in school assemblies
