SUBJECT. CID PERFORMANCE VlEW Cum ANNUAL ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

DATE : June 10, 2019

I . The Curriculum Implementation Division (CID) will conduct the CID Performance Review cum Annual
Accomplishment Report on June 14, 2019 at Naga Regent Hotel, Naga City from 8:00 to 5:00 PM.

2. The activity aims to:

a. assess the individual employee' s perfomlance vis-a-vis targets in the 2018 IPCRF;
b. present MOVs corresponding to the employee' s KRAs in the IPR; and
c. highlight, share and celebrate achievements for replication and sustainability

3. The activities are:

a. Exhibit (in tarpaulin oriented in portrait position) of initiatives, best practices, interventions and
research works in curriculum implementation and contextualization of programs and projects
and activities;
b. Report in a 5-minute presentation the accomplishments/performance of the unit/district.

4. Expect participants are:

a. SDS and ASDSs -4
b. CID Chief
c. Education Program Supervisors -10
d. PSDSs (45 Elem., 12 Secondary)
e. EPS-11, in ALS (7)
f. LRMDS Manager (1)
g. LRMDS PDO - II (1)
h. Librarian (2)
i. CID Staff(4)

5. Exhibit t-up/display will be as early as 7:30 AM in the venue.

6. Present rs are expected to bring their own electrical gadgets/paraphernalia for their report. The 5-minute
time-all tment will be strictly observed.

7. Venue d meals~harged to the 2019 HR.TD fund while transportation expenses will be charged to
local ds subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
