SUBJECT: CONFERENCE OF ELEMENTARY AND SECONDARY CSRDA OFFICERS

AND DISTRICT RESEARCH COORDINATORS

DATE: March 8, 2019

1. There will be a conference of Elementary and Secondary Camarines Sur Division

Research and Development Association (CSRDA) Officers and District Research
Coordinators on April 11, 2019, Thursday, 8:30 am at DepEd SDO Cam. Sur
Conference Hall, Freedom Sports Complex, San Jose, Pili, Camarines Sur.
2. This activity aims to:
a. evaluate the Division Research Festival and Research Advocacy ' and
Community Empowerment (RACE) Division Level conducted
b. plan activities for SY 2019-2020
c. other matters
3. Attached is the List of CSRDA Officers, District Research & Development
Coordinators. This memorandum shall serve as Authority to travel.
4. Travel allowance and other incidental expenses of participants shall be charged
against school MOOE/Local Funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing
rules and regulations.
5. The teacher-participants shall be entitled to service credits, while non-teaching personnel
shall be entitled to Compensatory Overtime Credits (COC) pursuant to pa,. 5.3 letter k of
Joint Circular No. 2 of the Civil Service Commission (CSC) ·and the Department of
Budget and Management (DBM) dated October 4, 2014.
