SUBJECT: Meeting and Updating of the Status of the DCP

DATE: April 11 , 2019

In preparation for the foregoing DCP Training and Orientation of the Recipients schools
Batches 35, 36, 40 & 41 , consolidation of the reports of the DCP recipient schools and to make
sure that the orientation and training for the School ICT Coordinators, School Heads and
School Property Custodian are in smooth operation, this office is requested all the concerned
school ICT coordinators to attend the said meeting on April 26, 2019 to a venue that will be
announced later from 8:00am to 5:00pm.

This meeting aims to;

► Submit of the DCP Status of schools
► Create pool of facilitators and trainers on technical aspect ofICT
► Establish working committees
, Identify related ICT topics beneficial to participants
► Others

Participants to this meeting are;

► ALL District ICT Coordinators (Elem)

No proxy is allowed due to important matters to be discussed.

Travel and other incidental expenses of the participants are chargeable against
school Division DCP Fund/SUB-ARO # OSEC-5-18-7098 fund subject to the usual
accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
