1) Unavailability of competent (W.r.t refueling procedure) manpower at
the time of inspection. 2) Dispensing CNG over & above permissible limits of pressure. 3) Unavailability and validity of firefighting equipment at the time of inspection. 4) Filling of CNG in cylinders other than fitted in automobiles at the time of inspection. 5) Dispensing of CNG at 210 bar, which is above the permissible limits. 6) Filling instructions were not displayed. 7) Manpower available at the station was not skilled / competent w.r.t CNG refueling procedure. 8) OGRA instructions and CNG filling instructions were not displayed properly. 9) Clean & Green initiative banners / posters were not displayed. 10) Fire extinguisher were not available at CNG station. 11) Fire extinguisher available at site were expired. 12) Position of master shut off valve was not found in line with the requirements of the Rule / standard code of practice. 13) CNG was being refueled in unapproved cylinders & other than fitted in automobiles.
