This is to confirm our agreement regarding the participation of A Couple of Notes to participate
in the LMP 2019: Paboritong Musika A Couple of Notes EP Launch to be held on July 30,
2019 at Jess & Pats from 9PM onwards.

The aforesaid commitment shall be subject to the following terms and conditions:

A. JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Talent shall perform at LMP 2019: Paboritong Musika – ACN EP Launch
2. Talent shall promote the event in all his/her social media accounts tagging
@OPMSingers including hashtags #LMP2019 #PaboritongMusika
3. Talent shall render 30mins of performance
a. Scope of Setlist: Originals & Cover
b. Call Time: 8:00PM; Set Time: 9PM
c. Dress Code: Corporate/Casual
d. Repertoire: Payo, Teka Muna, Natutunaw, Akap, Forevermore, Kathang
Isip
e. Entourage with Designation: Deejay Poblete (Vocals) Noah Zuniga
(Guitar) Gemma Belando (PA)
f. Email atleast 2 PR Photo.

B. REMUNERATION AND MANNER OF PAYMENT

 • For services rendered, OPM shall pay the TALENT remuneration in the amount of:
Ten Thousand Pesos Only (Php 10,000.00) NET of Withholding Taxes only to be
paid not later than August 30, 2019.

OTHERS

1. OPM & Venue shall provide the TALENT with the following on show date:
Professional Sound System
Acknowledgement Guide for sponsors and Events Promotion

2. In case the cancellation or abandonment of the contract is due to causes which

are classified as fortuitous events, force majeure, “Acts of God”, acts of war, civil
disturbances, riots, mutiny, social unrest, sickness, and other similar incidents, the
PRODUCER and TALENT agree to conduct further negotiations for resetting or
rescheduling of the subject project.

3. In the event that the TALENT cancels the engagement herein contracted for
reasons not attributable to the PRODUCER and other than those stipulated in
Paragraph 3, the TALENT shall be obliged to return whatever payments or
deposits already made plus the full contract price stated in Paragraph B.1 herein
by way of damages.

4. In the event the PRODUCER cancels the engagement herein for reasons not
attributable to the TALENT and for reasons other than those stipulated in
Paragraph 3, the PRODUCER shall be liable for the full contract price stated in
Paragraph B.1 less whatever payments already made by way of damages.

5. In the event of any breach or violation of the terms and conditions of this
agreement by any of the parties herein, the aggrieved party shall have the option
to cancel/terminate this agreement.

6. In case of a legal suit that may arise as a result of a violation of any of the
provisions of this agreement by the parties herein, venue thereof shall be the
proper courts of jurisdiction in the municipality of Pasig City only.
