consent not to use or disclose any information contained herein except in the
context of business dealings with AMM , who view or have access to its content of

AMM is pleased to present BDPGI- The Generic Pharmacy .. a Proposal for
Finance/ Accounting Services on a retainer basis . I understand the need of
BDPGI- The Generic Pharmacy . is facing with and recognize the unique
opportunity to have this Professional Services.

Having duly evaluated your requirements . I’m confident that my proposal will
effectively address your needs.

My goal is to provide you a timely , accurate financial reports , systems and

to complete this soonest possible to help and guide you in arriving effective
management decisions.

By availing my services BDPGI-The Generic Pharmacy will have the following ;

a) Financial Reports ( Balance Sheet, Income Statement , Cash Flow Statement ,

Budgets , Cash Projections ) every _th of the following month .
b) Monthly Tax Remittance and Quarterly Income Tax Return ( 1701) for individual
1702 For Corporation and other monthly tax returns.(Please note that audit of
the financial report is excluded in this proposal)
c) Financial/Accounting Systems and procedures ( Internal Control )

My unique ability in this field and my successful track record makes me enviable
partner . I’m looking forward to forming a mutually rewarded relationship with you.

C) PROPOSED SERVICES;
A) Objectives :
I have analyzed the present situation and believe the following objectives must
be achieve;

a) Monthly Financial Reporting

b) A Financial/Accounting system that should be used in arriving business

decisions
B) Scope of Services:
a) Finance/Accounting system set up

b) Financial Reporting and Analysis ( Ratio Analysis)

c) Recommendations of Solutions to Management

d) Systems Review

e) Taxation

f) Government Licensing and registration

g) Monthly monitoring of books of accounts

C) Deliverables:
In the course of the engagement I will deliver the following;

a) Financial Reports

- Balance Sheet

- Income Statement

- Cash Flow Statement

- Budget

- Projected Cash Flow

b) Financial/Accounting system and procedures

- Computerized Accounting System if the management wants it to be .

D) Competitive Advantages :

 E) Payment Terms
A monthly retainer fee of Pesos One thousand ( Php 20,000) to be paid
every 1stth of every month and a 50% downpayment as an acceptance fee .

This excludes the following ; and Billeable separately …

a) Out-of-pocket Expenses

b) Transportation

c) Photocopying

d) Miscellaneous ( papers , etc.)

Payment must be made thru check payable to the undersigned .

F) Conclusion
I’m confident that my proposal for the aforementioned services will provide
and help BDPGI The Generic Pharmacy in deriving effective financial
decisions and I sincerely hope that you will consider me as a long-term
partner and allow me to enter into a mutually beneficial working relationship.

order to come to a final agreement.

- Submission of questions/suggestions

- Counter proposal or approval by BDPGI-The Generic Pharmacy

- Negotiation of fees , terms , causes and conditions .

Septemer 30,2018 .
