JOINT–AFFIDAVIT

WE, ABE BULLAN and ROMY UY-UYON, both of legal ages,

married, Filipino Citizens, and residents of Lamut, Ifugao and
Panubtuban, Asipulo, Ifugao, respectively, after having been duly sworn
to in accordance with law, depose and state:

1. That we personally know JOSEPH PAIT who is the son of

spouses Ricardo Pait and Bugan Ngabit;

2. That we know for the fact that JOSEPH PAIT was born on
January 4, 1958 at Kiangan, Ifugao and not January 4, 1981 as reflected
in his Certificate of Live Birth;

3. That we know his date of birth because we were playmates and

neighbors at Kiangan, Ifugao;

4. That we are executing this affidavit freely and voluntarily

without any promise of reward and consideration whatsoever but solely
to attest to the truthfulness of the foregoing;

5. That furthermore we are not related in any way to the above-

named either by affinity or consanguinity and that we are willing to
affirm and confirm the foregoing facts in any forum whenever legally
required .

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this 10th

day of August 2007 at Lagawe, Ifugao.
