Introduction

Mechian Projects Outsourcing started as a Students Association in Bangalore with Mentors

contributing to the ideas and motivating the Student Class to stand for innovation. Ideas fell into
place when the initiative was propelled forward to form a class of Innovators. Magical thoughts
like the Flying Human were a few of those which were discussed to be taken up as an innovative
project to bring about a revolution in the thought process. Calling for a change in the crude
prospectus of life for many, where job for a living and food for breathing is the tune, the group
opened up for enthusiastic, innovative and competitive minds to ensure them success and
prosperity by supporting them to walk their dreams of life. Mechian Projects Outsourcing stands
alone in this system of appreciating and supporting innovation with an open arm welcome to any
of those who need light to see, air to breathe, and place to change their future for their dreams.

Concept

Mechian Projects Outsourcing has a simplified approach in instigating the student community to
build their future by themselves. Appreciating ideas before validating is the thumb rule of our
Organization. Innovators within the Organization have contributed with ideas for a life time to
bring an endeavor to life. The application of ideas and accessing knowledge from oneself go
hand in hand when an individual attempts to think and question the existence of the present. How
does an elevator work, why is it designed the way it is? What is the principle behind its
operation? Can it be altered? How can it be optimized? We believe in the concept of “None are
born with Ideas, but Ideas are born to those who make an effort to think beyond the materialistic
existence”. In every visual focus there is a thought that can tease one to develop new ideas.

Concept of Operation:

Mechian Projects Outsourcing has the concept of outsourcing projects to students. An enchanting
world of Live-Projects conceptualized, planned and approved by the Organization are split into
different stages by the Managers who form an intrinsic part of the Organization. A definite
period for completion is planned before the Project is released and for execution from where the
Project Team takes up the lead. The Organization has a Technical Consulting Panel and
Management Consulting Panel consisting of leading Professors and Industrial Professionals who
coordinate with the Board Members and constantly mentor the activities of the Organization.

The GOAL

Mechian Projects Outsourcing was found for a unique purpose, vision being inducing a greater
thought for the common man, leaping across the assumed impossible to realize the potential of
ones own and develop qualities that makes one excel.

India as a country has its place in the world. Clarity of its stand has a distorted visibility which

has been deteriorating over the years. In spite of having visibility of many unattended situations
which worsen the international status of the country, India sees itself amongst the Supreme
Nations. Indians were one amongst the greatest inventors and continue to be called as a distinct
intelligent class. Though the external cultural impact has strongly affected Indian behavior, the
values for life holds a distinct perception compared to the world nations.

Considering the present scenario, it is we who need to take action in the way possible by us and
be responsible for the country’s performance. Many youngsters fail to realize the capabilities of
their potential spirit and responsibilities, which we believe is due to lack of exposure to the
competitive world.

“Think Different, Think Constructive and Innovate” is a Belief followed in MPO. Ones dreams
are the perpetual image of oneself which can either carry him to the end of the world or expose
him to a new one. The founders of this Organization found a similarity in the general opinion of
GOALS for life of many. A significant percent of youth intend to work to live and eat to breathe
but have forgotten to pursue their dreams. As an understanding, it is as important to think about
other living beings as it is important to think about oneself. We live in a world which imposes a
direct effect of its being on us. As the world improves we improve.

Education is an Art of Building values for ones own life. Philosophically based guidelines have
set a standard for the Organization which crosses the borders of financial goals and attempts to
accompany the upcoming leaders of the world in the crucial period of diversion of thought
leading to a no-confidence or low- confidence scenario in the bright youth of the present.

Organization has a viable approach in materializing the concepts and has a precious way to
follow. The far standing GOAL being developing Social Integrity and Respect for life by
improving the morals of life for every individual with an entrepreneurial approach of building an
industry that serves the world more than serving itself. A concept of the Innovation Center,
which led to the birth of this Organization, anticipates a growth in Operation and Globalization
of this concept.

Projects, Project Team and Certification

Project Outsourcing Concept and Operation:

MPO offers Interested Students, Projects in their field of interest. The Organization considers
these students as interns and considers the Project as an asset of the Organization. As an intern
the student is provided with a stipend as per the standard of the Organization. The right of further
action on the Project resides with the Organization. Every student is to comply with the rules and
regulations to be enrolled in a Project where the Organization works on a no fee basis. The entire
cost of the project is borne by the Organization.

MPPO as an entrepreneurial organization takes up Projects of 3 types.

- Internal Projects
- Company - Outsourced Projects
- Student Project

Internal Projects:

These are the projects that are conceptualized by the Innovation Center of the MPO. The
Technical Guides provided by the company coordinate with the Project Team and support them
with the required infrastructure.

Company - Outsourced Projects:

MPPO acquires projects from leading Companies which are further distributed to the students
who have applied for Projects. Guides are made available either from the Company or from the
Organization. As per the Organization standards the students are provided with a stipend during
the project term. Complete responsibility of the Project is of the MPO.

Student Project:

Students with Project Concepts are encouraged to approach the Organization to pursue the
Project. The Project Concept is discussed in the Innovation Centre where the feasibility of the
Concept is ascertained and a Project Plan is formatted. Further the Project Concept is taken up
and the particular student is absorbed as an intern. Professors with the required expertise are
allotted as guides and the Intern is provided with the required facilities. As per the Organization
standards the intern provided with a stipend.

Certification:

Internal Projects: Project Completion Certificates are issued from the Organization.

Company Outsourced Projects: Project Completion Certificates are issued from the
Organization with the Outsourced Company’s initials.

Student projects: Project completion Certificates are issued from the Organization.
