THE NARRATIVE OF THE INCIDENT OR EVENT, ANSWERING THE WHO, WHAT, WHEN, WHERE, WHY AND HOW OF REPORTING.

At about 1;45 in the afternoon of May 27, 2018 a female Cadaver was found lying in prone position near seashore and the street of
Brgy. Diana, Maconacon, Isabela by a certain Remy Cabaldo 49 years old, married a native of Divilacan, Isabela. The Cadaver was
identified as one Rosemary Gonzales ?aka Maling? Indigenous People (I.P.?s) (ODU) and a resident of Brgy. Aplaya,
Maconacon, Isabela. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that at about 4am of May 25, 2018 an certain one Lito Plata (I.P) also a
resident of Brgy. Aplaya this municipality saw the victim along with Dionita Velasco and a certain ?Lokdong? left sitio Dibol at Brgy.
Diana, Maconacon, Isabela going to their residence at brgy. Aplaya. But when Lito Plata arrived at barangay Aplaya he found that the
trio weren?t arrive yet, and at 4:00 in the afternoon of same date, Dionita and Lokdong arrive at brgy. Aplaya, but Rosemary(victim)
is not with them .hence, they opted to look her whereabout. Until Remy Cabaldo discovered the cadaver of the victim with head injury
believed to be mauled by unidentified suspect. The cadaver was examined by Dr. Aida G Manalay, municipal health officer RHU
Maconacon at the place ofn discovery and thereafter brought to her family for proper disposition.
