• Ensure all cutlery/crockery/utensils/,etc are clean and dry and available during service time
• Mop/buff and sweep all Mess floors as and when instructed
• Wash and wipe all surfaces as and when instructed during the duty
• Clear all trays and used items from tables
• Ensure all condiment holders are full at all times and kept in clean condition
• Ensure Fridges in Coffee stations and Mess area are clean and stocked prior to serving times
• Check the coffee stations, mess area and Food counters frequently for replenishment
• Assist with any other task within the Galley/Mess area as and when instructed to do so
• Assist in the moving and storage of products when received onboard
• To ensure that all the working areas are always hygienically clean and tidy
• Responsible for the implementation & follow up of best practices in the industry and for the
successful completion of ISO standards as per the requirement of the company

• Assist the Cook with the preparation of meals as instructed.

• All information suggestion and complaints regarding Food Service, Housekeeping, Laundry
and Food dispatching is channeled through him.
• Hold daily meeting with Laundry, Housekeeping, Production, Store, and Dining Manager’s
and also the Accountant and H.R assistants reporting to him .
• Reports daily to Manager Operations/Deputy Manager Operations
• Responsible for smooth and efficient running of all services at the Site.
