The above picture shows a black woman protesting, Protesting against what?

Maybe
she is protesting against the prejudiced / racist behaviour of USA police towards
Africans-Americans (Blacks). She is standing tall, calm and silent at one side on the
road but look likes she is doing some big that calls for large number of Policemen
stopping her from her peaceful, nonviolent and quiet act of dissent.

But on the other hand the formation of the police line and aggression of heading and
grasping Policemen towards the black lady is showing that she had done some
heinous crime and she need to be cuffed at once and locked up for the rest of her life,
while far away people standing watching the whole scene of the view that she must be
kept immediately.

What she might have gone through had left her devastated and stand against the law
and enforcement institution (Police).

Black people are much more likely to be assaulted by police than their white peers.
Even a small incident or doubt on a black(man/woman) lead the police treat them with
iron fist, even though they are innocent, mother, elderly, tender young girls / boys and
men and women. Aftermath of such incidents with African-Americans there are
public protests and demands to hold the police officer accountable. It remains to be
seen whether the legal system will ultimately provide any relief to victim, his/her
family members and friends, or members of the black community. And when they
don’t get any relief or justice to this inhumane attitude towards them, they have no
choice but to stand for themselves and condition get worse when the recognition of
not getting the justice prevail within them creates a form of violence within them just
because of the denial of the justice.

Also through social media and electronic media when all their deeds are seen
suspiciously the hatred aggravated within them towards the white society and
intrigued them to stand against them which comes out aggressively sometime which
cause an immense bad impact of them in the society as even a silent and calm protest
may give the authorities an aggressive message and resulting act of violence and
fatigue which is shown in this case of the picture.

In the African American community, individual life chances are recognized as

inextricably tied to the race as a whole. So, when black people watch a video of police
violence against another black person, they see themselves or their loved ones in that
person’s place, knowing that the same fateful encounter could very well happen to
them. “It’s an image now stuck in their head forever.

They carry that horror around with you.” Viewing such images, various studies show,
induces stress, fear, frustration, anger, and anxiety. There is also preliminary evidence
suggesting that these images could lead to a cascading series of physical ailments,
including eating and sleeping disorders, high blood pressure, and heart problems.

For many black youths, due to the disproportionate and often traumatic experience of
police arrest and use of force against them, their family members and friends, the
combination of race and authority is often lethal.

Boston University and University of Pennsylvania researchers concluded that their

findings support “recent calls to treat police killings as a public health issue.” [1]
Mental health issues and health problems have been elevated it was the great disaster
felt: The observed adverse mental health spill over effects of police killings of
unarmed black Americans could result from heightened perceptions of threat and
susceptibility, lack of law and order, minority status as petty society of people with
the worth equal to nothing, fainted confidence in human being, it could generate grief
and intensive sorrow and the ability to identify themselves as worse as with the dead
people.

The non-appearance plus non-effective strategy which is obviously is a misfortune,

the metric not the anomaly. To overcompensate the law enforcement agencies which
individually prompt to put their effort to balance the laws and its implementation
frequently illustrate right guides in the state of isolation. As little training as officers
get today when it comes to use of force, they get even less training when it comes to
dealing with youth.
It is better choice to adopt the value utilizing a public health standpoint rather
prosecution against a sole police man, These deaths indict an entire system of
recruiting, hiring, training and evaluating police officers. It would develop the
understanding not a single police officer is allowed to go off the limits of academy
with the entitlement of qualification unless gets the traumatic effects training, the after
effects of abandon the laws and deprived life on behaviours including their reflex to
law enforcement.

Every police department should be governed by clear, consistent standards developed

by experts and other stakeholders convened by state agencies. These standards should
be conveyed to every officer, supported by training, and used as the basis for
evaluation and discipline.

It is the moral and by book obligation of competitive authorities to ensure the concept
of using the authorities of forcing and arresting in limitations especially when it
comes to youngsters and not leaving any criminological impact on their brains.

As a nation, it requires and have come to expect such training and standards of
doctors, nurses, home health care professionals, child care workers and teachers.

It is to keep identifying black women are the amalgamation who endure the agony in
severe manners and become the victims of this fierceness aspects gender into our
examines it is worthy to mention.

As a nation we offer our best effort to uphold the melting walls of our jeopardized
solidarity. This kind of racial violence should be fixed by the authorities and law
enforcement agencies by giving African-Americans women, men, young girls, boys
and elders their due respect and removing their feeling of deprivation by giving black
community confidence and equal opportunities in all aspects of life so that instead of
expressing their bad side they contribute the society in constructive way and do well
not only for their community but also for the best interest of their country. So that
these kinds of pictures no more be taken.
