V. RATIONALE :

This proposal develops a new creating strategies for successful based on

the knowledge and skills business investors in palawan. The information about
management is that strategies must coping mechanism for these challenges in
order to achieve the goals turn into successful business
The field of strategies for successful in business management has enjoyed a
remarkable lecture and workshops as a entrepreneurs focus of management
practices. The purposes the intensive workshop to introduce a number of
techniques for creating strategies in business world and also have the enjoyable
trip and travel in palawan to know becoming an entrepreneur and will studies in
a entirely different field for industry partners and our clients/speaker which is
the one who held our country president Rodrigo Duterte that help us to get more
strategy in business world.

This project aims to find out expectations of various stakeholders in the

seminar experience. Students, industry members, and faculty members are
involved in practicum experience and professionals will provide the foundational
skills in knowledge, technical and values and prepare our presence for this
opportunity to experience a new strategy to become a successful business
management.

VI. OBJECTIVE :

 To explore partnership with like minded industry for the purpose of

producing jointly sponsored program
 To exchange information and experiences related to the development and
implementation of criteria and indicators for sustainable business management.
 Identify and recommend appropriate actions required to develop products in
countries concerned with due to consideration to local and socioeconomic
conditions
VII. EXPECTED OUTCOME :

 Increased understanding of status and management of business in asia

 A set of criteria for monitoring progress toward sustainable strategies of
business management
 A time frame for follow up actions
 Identification of potential sources of technical and financial collaboration for
supporting follow up activities

VIII. PROCEDURE :
The participants of this event are entrepreneur students, stakeholders, business
owners and our guest speaker president Rodrigo Duterte that he take action for this event if
what we wants to be. It depends on the time day to travel in palawan and the faculty
members, they discuss with potential training program that would be acceptable to both of
them, so that there is meaningful practicum program experience for the students. Assign a
faculty or school representative to monitor this project would be ensure that the objectives
of this strategies of successful are achieve these involves guests speaker to discuss and
promote the new strategies of business management and also their products exist and after
that event workshop were going to see the placement of training practicum in business
outside.
IX. BUDGETING REQUIREMENTS :
This plan program shall be implemented and conducted on February 2019. It is
projected to incure expenses but we intend to support through pledges and sponsorship
from our city mayor and also we contribute the expense and pay the travel flight, foods and
etc. Through our efforts and all members that involves in this project plan.

X. PERSONNEL REQUIREMENTS :
This plan involve the ENTREP. Student, participants to create product and audience to listen
for the seminar program. The CBM faculty members they provide skills in knowledge,
technical and values to instruct the leaders group for this plan procure in order to formation
of this program where the industry partners provide the facilities and mentors to these
students. This seminar program will give effort and cooperation of our course.
