ERROR : STRIP NOT POSITION on STP1STP2
• The leadframe stuck at STP 1 and not continue to next stage

How to assist.

1. Press reset
2. Wear gloves
3. Gently push the leadframe to the roller
4. Press start

ERROR : LASER WORK PIN ORIENTATION ERROR
• The leadframe is misalign on the laser pin orientation

How to assist.

1. Press reset
2. Check the actual position of the leadframe
3. Move the leadframe to the marking stopper
4. Press start

ERROR : QUALITY INSPECTION NOT READY.
• Run time error at QC
How to assist.

1. Press reset at handler

2. Click Ok button at QC monito
3. Double click the QC icon
4. Click yes
5. Click engineer button
6. Enter the password
7. Click start button
8. Press start at handler

ERROR : STRIP ID COULC NOT READ by 2D READER
• 2D reader at marking cannot recognize the 2D in the strip

How to assist.

1. Click cancel
2. Wear gloves
3. Get the affected LF at reject sample box
4. Put the leadframe at the cassette
5. Load at loader section
6. Press reset
7. Press start

ERROR : QC INSPECTION FAIL: 2D.
• QC cannot recognize the 2D in the strip
How to assist.

1. Long press reset + manual mode

2. Press the QC stopper
3. Press QC side push
4. Press QC lifter
5. Wear gloves
6. Remove the leadframe
7. Write the Leadframe # in a piece of paper
8. Return the leadframe on its original position
9. Press the QC stopper
10. Input the leadframe # at QC monitor
Note: Careful in inputting the LF #
11. Input the Supervisor password
12. Click Ok
13. Click Yes
14. Press start

ERROR : UL MAG RUNNER IS JAMED.
• The LF stuck between rail and output cassette
How to assist.

1. Press reset
2. Wear gloves
3. Push the leadframe to the output cassette
4. Press start

ERROR : LD PIN 1 ORIENTATION ERROR.
• The vision prior marking cannot recognize the correct orientation of leadframe

How to assist.

1. Press reset
2. Wear gloves
3. Remove the leadframe from STP1
4. Correct the orientation of the leadframe and
return to STP1
5. Press start.
