Remarks

1. Waiting for the samples for evaluation

2. To understand commercialy for Azure Frame

1. Design has been made, and circulated with

vendors.
2. Global submitted their drawing, but the
tolerances are higher than our specified.
3. Intimated the vendor for necessary corrections.

As per the customer he wants the design of the frame to

be similar to Hanwha only

Remote monitoring of plant performance data in

process,
Every quarter a same string of modules from one of the
inverter will be removed and tested for quantifying the
wattage losses

On Hold
Depending on the data available to monitor plant
performance data, and maintanance of the plant
Competition has been indentified, indent need to be
given for these

1. Observed a wattage gain of 4.93W on an average

across 5 modules.
2. Better performnace under shading yeilding 192W
average when compared to that of 166W for a full cell
modules
3. First in India
4. Alternative design under study for ease of
manufacturability

1. Design requirements for the new 1500V modules have

been studied.
2. Major components are studied and idenfied to be
backsheet and junction box
3. Juntion boxes are identified and samples for evaluation
are under transit.
4. Backsheet need to be developed by RIPLB team and is
expected by 30/08/2016
5. Testing facility at TUV would be developed by 2
months

Modules are fabricated and reliability testing under

process, initial report on power is ready. These modules
find there application in single motors and pumps.

Sample of 5 modules having been made, and obtained
an average wattage gain of 8.29Wp from theoritical
power, but the power gain is expected to be around 11W
to 12W, which is observed in some modules. The reasons
for other modules not yeilding that much power is due to
manufacturing defects
1. Frame under transit expected by second week of
