This DEED made and executed by:

TEODULO FLORES, TERRY FLORES, LITO FLORES, VIRGILIO FLORES,

RICHARD FLORES, MELCHOR FLORES, SILVERIA FLORES, ALEJANDRO
FLORES and CATALINO FLORES, all of legal ages, Filipinos, with residence and
postal address at Banilad, Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental, Philippines, hereinafter
referred to as the HEIRS OF ALIPIO FLORES;

EXOFERIO FLORES, HEDOLITO FLORES, SABELA FLORES, TOMASITO

FLORES, FORTUNATO FLORES, SEPRIANO FLORES, HERMENIA FLORES,
FLORENCIA FLORES, ATENDIO FLORES, VICENTA FLORES, PAULINO FLORES,
MARIA DIONESIA FLORES, ROSARIO FLORES and AUREA FLORES (STILL
ALIVE?), all of legal ages, Filipinos, with residence and postal address at Banilad,
Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental, Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the HEIRS OF
FAUSTINO FLORES; and NOTE: CERTAIN HEIRS IN THE PERSONS OF VIRGELIO
FLORES DIED SOMETIME IN THE YEAR 2014 AND ROGACIANA FLORES DIED ON
07 AUGUST 2013 – FOR CLARIFICATION IF NAA SYA SURVIVING COMPULSORY
HEIRS

ANASTACIO PALTINCA DIED ON 06 JULY 1999 (SURVIVING COMPULSORY

HEIR/S?), QUINTINE PALTINCA DIED ON 02 MARCH 2000 (SURVIVING
COMPULSORY HEIR/S?) and FLORENTINO PALTINCA, single, all of legal ages,
Filipinos, with residence and postal address at Banilad, Dumaguete City, Negros
Oriental, Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the HEIRS OF BENITA FLORES
PALTINCA;

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, during the lifetime of BENITA FLORES married to

_______________ is the registered owner of a parcel of land Lot No. 2029, Pls-847
covered by Original Certificate of Title No. FV-14148 situated in Mayabon,
Zamboanguita, Negros Oriental, which parcel of land is more particularly described and
bounded as follows:

“A parcel of land, Lot No. 2029, Pls-847, situated in Mayabon,

Zamboanguita, Negros Oriental. Bounded on the SW., along line 1-2 by
Lot 3032, Pls-847; along line 2-3 by Lot No. 2033, Pls-847; on the NW.,
along lines 3-4-5 by Lot No. 2028, Pls-847; on the NE., along line 5-6 by
Lot No. 2026, Pls-847; on the SE., along line 6-7 by Lot No. 2030, Pls-
847; and on the SW., along line 7-1 by Lot No. 3031, Pls-847. Containing
an area of EIGHT THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED NINETY (8,690) SQUARE
METERS, more or less.”

WITNESSETH FURTHER:

WHEREAS, BENITA FLORES married to _______________ died intestate and

without debts on ______________ and ________________, respectively, at
Zamboanguita, Negros Oriental, and at the time of their deaths, they left their children
as their only surviving compulsory and forced heirs, namely, ALIPIO FLORES,
FAUSTINO FLORES and BENITA FLORES;

WHEREAS, ALIPIO FLORES married to _______________ died intestate and

without debts on ______________ and ________________, respectively, at
Zamboanguita, Negros Oriental, and at the time of their deaths, they left their children
as their only surviving compulsory and forced heirs, namely, MARCELINO FLORES,
CANDIDO FLORES and ANIANO FLORES;

WHEREAS, MARCELINO FLORES married to _______________ died intestate

and without debts on ______________ and ________________, respectively, at
Zamboanguita, Negros Oriental, and at the time of their deaths, they left their children
as their only surviving compulsory and forced heirs, namely, TEODULO FLORES,
TERRY FLORES and LITO FLORES;

and without debts on ______________ and ________________, respectively, at
Zamboanguita, Negros Oriental, and at the time of their deaths, they left their children
as their only surviving compulsory and forced heirs, namely, VIRGILIO FLORES and
RICHARD FLORES;

without debts on ______________ and ________________, respectively, at
Zamboanguita, Negros Oriental, and at the time of their deaths, they left their children
as their only surviving compulsory and forced heirs, namely, MELCHOR FLORES,
SELVERIA FLORES, ALEJANDRO FLORES and CATALINO FLORES;

WHEREAS, FAUSTINO FLORES married to _______________ died intestate

and without debts on ______________ and ________________, respectively, at
Zamboanguita, Negros Oriental, and at the time of their deaths, they left their children
as their only surviving compulsory and forced heirs, namely, WILFREDO FLORES,
NECANORA FLORES and AUREA FLORES;

Zamboanguita, Negros Oriental, and at the time of their deaths, they left their children
as their only surviving compulsory and forced heirs, namely, EXOFERIO FLORES,

FORTUNATO FLORES, SEPRIANO FLORES and HERMENIA FLORES;

as their only surviving compulsory and forced heirs, namely,

WHEREAS, ANASTACIO FLORES PALTINCA married to _______________

died intestate and without debts on ______________ and ________________,
respectively, at Zamboanguita, Negros Oriental, and at the time of their deaths, they left
their children as their only surviving compulsory and forced heirs, namely,

WHEREAS, QUINTIN FLORES PALTINCA married to _______________ died

intestate and without debts on ______________ and ________________, respectively,
at Zamboanguita, Negros Oriental, and at the time of their deaths, they left their children
as their only surviving compulsory and forced heirs, namely,

WHEREAS, invoking Section 1, Rule 74, of the Rules of Court, and the laws on
intestate succession, the herein HEIRS of the above-named deceased persons, hereby
adjudicate unto themselves, their undivided share to the aforementioned parcels of
land, subject to Section 4, Rule 74, re: The liabilities imposed therein;

FURTHER WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, WE, FLORENTINO FLORES PALTINCA,

________________________________, as absolute co-owners of the undivided share
of the late Benita Flores Paltinca over a portion of the above-described parcel of land
with the improvements situated thereon, confirm and affirm that during the lifetime of
Benita Flores Paltinca she donated the same to a certain Jesus Ellima, who later sold
the same subject portion to a certain Demitrio Parallon evinced by a handwritten
acknowledgment receipt dated 22 June 1956;

WITNESSETH FURTHER:

In view of the foregoing, WE, FLORENTINO FLORES PALTINCA,

________________________________ CONFIRM AND AFFIRM as WE by these
present are HEREBY CONFIRMING AND AFFIRMING the Sale aforementioned made
by Jesus Ellima, unto and in favor of DEMITRIO PARALLON, his heirs, successors and
assigns, over the undivided share of the late Benita Flores Paltinca over a portion of the
above-described parcel of land with the improvements situated thereon, as absolute
and irrevocable;

FURTHER WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, it is to the convenience and advantage of the herein HEIRS that the
existing community of ownership of the aforementioned parcel of land, between them be
terminated, and their respective shares and participation determined by mutual
agreement and adjudication;

WHEREAS, for purposes of this partition agreement, the above HEIRS have
mutually and voluntarily agreed to partition and adjudicate between themselves their
common property as above-described and hereto have caused the subdivision of the
aforementioned parcel of land into three (3) sub-lots in the following manner:

1. LOT 1, consisting of TWO THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED NINETY-SIX

(2,896) SQUARE METERS, more or less, to the HEIRS OF ALIPIO FLORES;

2. LOT 2, consisting of TWO THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED NINETY-SIX

(2,896) SQUARE METERS, more or less, to the HEIRS OF FAUSTINO
FLORES; and

3. LOT 3, consisting of TWO THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED NINETY-SIX

(2,896) SQUARE METERS, more or less, to DEMITRIO PARALLON;

WITNESSETH FURTHER:

PREMISES CONSIDERED, we hereunto respectfully pray that the Honorable

Register of Deeds of the Province of Negros Oriental, to cancel Original Certificate of
Title No. FV-14148 and issue three (3) separate titles as stated in the preceding
paragraph;
