General Terms & Conditions to follow:

1. Water & Electricity shall be supplied by Client.

2. For smooth working environment client shall cooperate positively.
3. For BOQ preparation, floor to floor height considered 10’-0”, Maximum Foundation depth
8’-0”.
4. Final bill shall be as per site measurement.
5. Client shall appoint a consultant to ensure quantity & Quality.
6. This BOQ is excluding the charges for testing.
7. Total time needed to complete the works 04 month.
8. Mode of Payment:
i. 30% as advance on signing.
ii. 20% on completion of foundation excavation.
iii. 20% on foundation & Ground floor jacketing completion.
iv. 20% on all structural strengthening completion
v. 10% all completion.
