Epoxy Based Industrial Coatings:-

These are based on pure Epoxy Resin or in combination with other resins such as
phenolic resin , amino resin etc. Epoxy Based coatings are two pack system containing
base and hardener in varying ratio. Thinner is added to adjust viscosity according to
type and method of application. These are well known for their properties like
outstanding chemical resistance , tough and abrasion resistant film , higher DFT
and good adhesion

Epoxy Based coatings are available in form of Primers , Paints , Laquer Or Seaming
Compound. Epoxy Primer can be supplied in limited colours to keep maximum
chemical resistance. Colours available are White , Light Grey , Black , Ivory , Pale
Green , Red and Yellow.

These products are available either as

A) Air Drying Type
B) Stoving Type

Our Product line in Epoxy Based Coatings include

1) Sunshine Epoxy PC11:

Available in Pigmented ( Paint ) or Non Pigmented Form. This product is based
on Epoxy Resin, Phenolic Resin, modified with suitable Synthetic Resin to get
optimum chemical resistance for the storage of Solvent, light detergents and
light chemicals.

2) Sunshine Epoxy No. 8 High Chemical Resistant Lacquer:

This is a specialized product developed for high chemical resistance. The
product is based on Epoxy, Phenolic and Amino Resin.

3) Sunshine Epoxy No. 9 Food Grade Barrel Coating:

Available in Pigmented ( Paint ) or Non Pigmented Form. This product is
developed to get tough film suitable for storage of Food Items. This does not
contain arsenic, hazardous resins or chemicals.

4) Sunshine No. 6 Seaming Compound:

Available in Pigmented ( Paint ) or Non Pigmented Form. This product is
developed to get tough film suitable for storage of Food Items. This does not
contain arsenic, hazardous resins or chemicals.
5) Sunshine Thinner ST310:
 Used for adjusting viscosity of Epoxy paints and primer according to type and
method of application

6) Sunshine Thinner ST315:

Used for adjusting viscosity of Sunshine Epoxy No. 8 High Chemical Resistant
Lacquer suitable for application method

Vacuum Metalizing Varnishes:-

Vacuum Metallizing is the process of evaporating metals (most commonly aluminum)

inside a vacuum chamber which then bonds to the desired substrate to achieve a
uniform metalized layer. Thin layers of paint can then be applied to produce other
colors. Once complete, a clear sealer is usually added to prevent flaking.

Our Product line in Vacuum Metalizing Varnish include

1) Base Coat:

To facilitate the adhesion of the metalized layer and obtain desired finish BASE
COAT is first applied to the substrate prior to vacuum metallization process. This
is available in various viscosities for specific type of application

a) Super Base Coat: suitable for smaller objects with low surface area
( example: bindi items )

b) Medium Base Coat: suitable for smaller objects with low surface area
( example : beads )

c) Jada ( Thicker ) Base Coat : suitable for larger objects with large surface area
(example: idols )

2) Top Coat:

To facilitate coloring of metalized items as well as for protection of metalized

coating Top Coat is applied on the metalized surface.
 Alkyd Based Industrial Coatings:-

These are based solely on Alkyd Resin or in combination with other resins. Alkyd Based
coatings are one pack. Thinner is added to adjust viscosity according to type and
method of application.

Alkyd Resin Based coatings are available in form of Primers and Paints .

A) Air Drying
B) Fast Drying
C) Stoving Type

1) Air Drying Enamel and Primer:

Based on alkyd resin and suitable pigments to obtain desired IS paint shade as
per customer requirement. Formulated to achieve optimum finish and film
properties like gloss and adhesion.

2) Fast Drying Enamel:

Similar to Air Drying type this also Includes suitable catalyst to achieve
accelerated film drying. Formulated primarily to achieve optimum drying time.

3) Stoving Enamel and Primer:

Similar to Air Drying type this also Includes suitable catalyst to achieve
accelerated film drying

4) Sunshine Thinner ST90:

Used for adjusting viscosity of alkyd based paints and primer according to type
and method of application
