STEP 1 – Examination
I made this as step 1 because to lessen the time in finding the right candidate. In this
examination we can determine if the candidate is worth it to go to the next step.
In this step, the recruitment manager will ask more about the candidate. Such as
strength, weaknesses and other job interview questions.
In this step, the recruitment manager will ask about the candidate and the company.
His/ her working habits, problem solving, etc.
Below are my propose interview questions and criteria in each steps. I suggest also
having a separate questions and criteria in each job that we offer (e.g. If Social Media
Marketing – questions will be more on that)
STEP 1 – INITIAL INTERVIEW

accepting it you realized you couldn’t do it on
your own, what would you do?
If I gave you a bunch of assignments, and you
realized you couldn’t get them all done fast
enough to meet deadlines, what would you
do?
You’re working on an urgent deadline and
your computer crashes, or your internet goes
down. What’s the first thing you do?
Who were your three most recent employers?
What tasks did you regularly do for them?
How will they rate your work on each of those
tasks when I ask them?
What would you recommend as our first steps
if you will work with your client together?
