Topic: 3 Step Process in Recruiting VAs

By:

STEP 1 – Examination

I made this as step 1 because to lessen the time in finding the right candidate. In this
examination we can determine if the candidate is worth it to go to the next step.

 DISC Personality Profile – behavior assessment tool

 Typing test
 Check their English – English test online
 VA Skills Test
 Internet Speed Test
 Computer Specification

STEP 2 - Initial Interview

In this step, the recruitment manager will ask more about the candidate. Such as
strength, weaknesses and other job interview questions.

STEP 3 – Final Interview

In this step, the recruitment manager will ask about the candidate and the company.
His/ her working habits, problem solving, etc.

Below are my propose interview questions and criteria in each steps. I suggest also
having a separate questions and criteria in each job that we offer (e.g. If Social Media
Marketing – questions will be more on that)
