Comes now petitioner, assisted by the undersigned

counsel, unto this Honorable court, most respectfully avers that:

1. This petition is set for hearing on June 26, 2019 at 8:30 in

the morning;

2. The undersigned counsel is not available on June 12,

2019 to July 1, 2019 as she has a scheduled travel to
California U.S.A., a copy of the airline ticket is hereto
attached and marked as Annex “A”;

3. Further, petitioner is set to attend the graduation of her

daughter, Devi Jamero, in Iloilo City;

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, it is respectfully prayed for this Honorable

Court to reset the hearing from June 26, 2019 to any date after
July 1, 2019.

Other reliefs, just and equitable, are likewise prayed for.
