Teaching Methodology
● Makes concepts crystal clear and makes a student confident in his problem solving skills.
● Avoiding useless memorization and long hours of solving problems mechanically by teaching how to do
SMART WORK.
● Teaching difficult concepts in an easy to understand manner without memorization.
● Focus on developing PROBLEM SOLVING SKILL(enhancing brain power), which helps in ALL
subjects Physics, Chemistry(only physical and organic) and maths.
● Full PERSONAL mentoring of IIT preparation by Mr. Manoj Gadia himself (advice on academic and
non-academic schedule) for ALL 3 subjects, PCM (Mr. Gadia has mentored hundreds of students to
success)
● Doesn’t make a student undergo useless ‘Donkey-Work’ which most low-quality ‘teachers’ do and
waste student’s time and energy.

Student Testimonials (From Google)

"I took a demo class from Manoj sir for JEE Advanced Mathematics and from the very first question that we
discussed I knew that I wanted to continue with him. What you should know about him is that he has
exceptional analytical skills and decodes the logic behind any previously unseen question spontaneously on the
spot with ease and by his method of teaching he instilled the very same thought process in me which helped me
whenever I faced a new tough question as the solution 'clicked' to me. He laid stress on the fact that thoroughly
analysing only a handful of questions will fetch far better results than just hurriedly solving a huge number of
questions and this helped me in greatly improving my thinking skills and made sure that I knew how to tackle a
new question whenever I came across one. I was also satisfied with the material that he gave me, which was
adapted from the top Kota coaching institutes.”
-Kushagra Gupta (AIR 1200)

"Manoj sir is the best teacher anyone can possibly get for Mathematics. He himself is a mathematical genius
and an even more brilliant teacher. He is extremely passionate about making students succeed. I was taught new
methods and techniques which helped me clear the exam and beat 12,50,000 candidates in a very short period
of time. My syllabus was lagging a lot and I was unable to understand what was being taught in
coaching(VMC) having not very good teachers since I wasn’t in a very good batch. Sir also guided me in
Organic Chemistry and Physics, himself being an IITian, since I was very weak at chemistry.”
-Avyukt (AIR 10,000)

"Manoj sir is teaching me Maths for IIT-JEE. I'm also taking VMC classes simultaneously. Maths was my
weakest subject as far as VMC mock tests were concerned and I feared loosing out on marks on that section. To
counter the problem, we called in Manoj sir to teach me maths. His way of teaching is unique to say the least,
and fortunately resonates with my style of studying. Every concept is explained, or rather he makes the student
reach to that conclusion without revealing the concept beforehand which ensures that the student has
understood that concept. He doesn't fuss about cramming formulas but rather understanding the underlying
principles behind that formula which makes it much easier to recall/re-derive that formula. Moreover, he often
has interesting stories about current affairs (or economics) and/or interesting questions to share which make the
class a lot more interesting. My marks in VMC tests has therefore improved to the point where now I'm able to
score as much if not more in Maths as compared to the other subjects. "
