Subiect:- "Anti-corruption Poster and Video Competition" among BRICS countries being held
by the Russia.

Dear Sir/Madam,

We have received a D.O. No.377/29/20L4-lc-Vol-ll-[iiiJ dated 28.05.2019 from Shri Lok

Ranjan, Additional Secretary, Government of India, Department of Personnel & Training, Ministry of
Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, New Delhi on the above noted subject.

We would like to inform you that "Anti-corruption Poster and Video Competition" among
BRICS countries is being organized by Russia during June 1 - September 30,2079. This is being
coordinated by Department of Personnel & Training, Government of India alongwith Central
Vigilance Commission [CVC). It.will be held for two categories - "The Best Poster" and "The Best
Video". The contest will be open to all nationals of BRICS countries (individuals, creative teams and
legal entities included) between the age of 14 to 35 years. Competition rules are available at the

You are requested to disseminate the information about the competition and give wide
publicity in your institution for maximum participation in this competition. Further, details may be
