HOW AGILE AND PROFESSIONAL ARE YOU?

Hi! I am Rini Miranti, you can call me Rini. I am 23 years old. I graduated from
Diponegoro University, majoring in law. I live in Cirebon. I am a child of three
siblings. My father is an entrepreneur and my mother is a housewife. I have a
brother and a twin sister. My hobbies are watching news, video editing, graphic
design. I also like watching movies when I have time.
Why do I want to join BRI?
1. Legal's position is in line with my future career plan
Here I take part in the recruitment of Bank BRI, namely through General PPS, by
applying to the Legal posision. I studied law with a concentration of Business Law,
which studies include Contract Law, Banking Law, and Bankruptcy Law, etc.The
main goal of my career is to become a Corporate Legal. I realize that as a fresh
graduate, to be able to achieve it requires a long journey, so I want to start in the
right place. Having a legal education background that is in line with the field that I
applied for, makes me want to improve my skills, both soft skills and hard skills.
Therefore, I am interested when I see a BRI PPS GENERAL vacancy in the Legal
section.
2. Want to be part of actualizing the vision and mission of Bank BRI to become the
Most Valuable Bank in Southeast Asia and Home to the Best Talent
I believe that I have Bank BRI values in me. I’m seeing myself as an organized
person. If I have a number of tasks to do, I usually take notes and determine what
needs to be done and sort it based on priorities and deadlines. I am also a person
who likes to do things on time and does not procrastinate on work.
Besides completing law courses back in university, I also actively joined
organizations. There are UKM Peduli Sosial Undip which engaged in social
movements which I took part as Chief of Communication Division. And also UPK
Kelompok Studi Hukum Islam which engaged in Legal research and I took part as
staff of public relations department. Being actively involved in organizations
taught me how to be honest, competent and reliable with the job given to me. It
also taught me how to be professional under preassure. If I were challenged, I
would remain calm and focus on finding solutions. But besides all that, what I love
the most, is to interact and work with different kinds of people, how to be polite
and respectful with the people around me.
With the educational background and experience that I have, I hope to be part of
actualizing the vision and mission of Bank BRI to Become The Most Valuable
Bank in Southeast Asia and Home to the Best Talent.
 Contributions that I will give to Indonesia through Bank BRI in accordance
with my educational background
Entering the digital era, the banking world is intensively conducting digital
transformation to provide efficient services to the community, one of which is by
developing digital banking. However, there are still challenges that must be faced
by the financial industry in developing digital banking, namely the matter of data
security and data sovereignty.
Based on articles from neraca.co.id, that in terms of data security, banks must
maintain 3 main points in order to create safe digital banking transactions. The
points are confidence, integrtity, and availability.
Furthermore, the data sovereignty (data sovereignity) must also increase access
and readiness of infrastructure in digital banking. Where banks must be prepared
for three data sovereignty, namely the data center, access to data, and legal
aspects.
Therefore, with my educational background in the field of law, I hope to be able
to contribute to Bank BRI by preparing and improving legal aspects of data
sovereignty in digital banking so that conventional banks are able to survive and
gain public trust despite the many startups of fintech.
